About: Dogs are such a special part of our families. They speak so much love to us without saying a word. They truly teach us how to live in the moment, how to find joy in the little things and how to Love unconditionally. My life has been so richly blessed by having cared for these sweet Babies for most of my life. I have enjoyed raising a big variety of dog breeds....from the Gentle Giants down to the little toy breeds. I have also fostered and been a sitter for dogs as well. I have a special place in my heart for every single furry baby I have cared for. I will love any dog that I have the opportunity to meet/work with. I appreciate your trust in me with your sweet Baby. About: We can offer discounts on stays longer than 4 days. We do not offer them on holiday stays. Your dog will be loved and cared for as if it were my own dog Elijah! They will have all of the ear scratches and belly rubs it could ever want. Ours is an all girl home so if your dog has a fear of men then the fur baby would be content here. We do have cats so your dog being cat savvy is a must. Our animals are welcome to sleep with us in our beds and yours would be too if that is something they are used to. We are also not fans of kennels and do not use them with our own animals, but can if you prefer your dog to be in one. We are willing to go above and beyond for your fur baby to make them feel right at home while you are away. Also know that the prices are not fixed. If your dog is under a year and is house trained it gets the adult price. About this sitter: I am willing to watch your dog in your home to make your time away from your animal easier on him/ her. Keeping your dog in it's natural environment can ease the strain on your dog(s) and prevent stress caused by separation. I hope to help your dog(s) feel comfortable and happy while you are away. They will be loved like they were my own fur babies. I am also completely open to having my dog come to play with your dog if you would like. We could even arrange play dates if they get along swimmingly. I am more than willing to do anything to make your animals happy. Also know that your dog will be walked once for free each day I watch it. Dog walking prices are for overly active dogs and for people who JUST want their dog walked not dog-sat. I have been pet sitting for 8+ years Why I love dog sitting I have loved dogs my whole life. I grew up with a golden retriever, a black lab, and a mutt for 8 years. Then I spent 3 years of my life with a Pomeranian named Molly who is my god father's dog. I currently have one wonderful dog named Teramisu who I rescued from the shelter and have had since she was 9 months old. I love her very much. I have spent a lot of time dog sitting both full grown dogs and puppies as well. Meet my pets 6 cats About my yard I sadly do not have one right now. Or rather I have no personal yard. I live in a complex with a lot of green space and walking trials. I also live down the street from a really nice dog park as well. I do most of the sitting myself. I do on occasion have help from my older sister Misty. She and I have been pet sitting together for over 10 years. She steps in when an emergency keeps me away or a timing conflict with my day job or other sittings occur just to keep things running smooth and your pets well cared for. I work mornings and early afternoon. I am off around 3:30pm or earlier during the week currently and I am usually off on Fridays and Saturdays. I can work it around that otherwise. I am happy to offer dog walking, pop in visits, or daycare in your home. I live in an apartment and already have pets so I am unable to host pets in my home per my lease.

About: I have had animals my entire life. I currently have a dog and two cats. My senior dog, Pete, passed away on 8/6 at 18. I am comfortable with dogs and cats if all ages, meds, and any other needs they may have. I’m a teacher so I can care for pets before/after school, over weekends. I can do drop ins and long weekend care as well. I can also do morning and afternoon walks. In my home, I am happy to host any dogs over the weekends who are dog and cat friendly. My cats don’t do well with unknown cats, but I can definitely drop in at your home. My home is very clean, safe, and zoned off for various animals. I have gates on my stairs, a gated yard, and locks on all the interior doors.

About: Hello, my name is Terra and I am excited to be able to help you out with your fur baby! I have prior experience as a professional dog Walker throughout high school as well as having my own dogs for seven years. I work at one of the local children's hospitals so I have rotating shift availability but I am dedicated to making your family a priority. I am a passionate advocate of animal rights and have the utmost compassion for our furry friends. I am college educated and graduated from Portland State University in 2015. I have experience with giant breeds, cats and tiny guys. I have my own car and license so I can book at short notice if needed. I am a current foster for ODR. I am free three weekends out of the month as well as Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays since I work a rotation in the hospital my schedule isn't always the same. I do my best to ensure that your pet feels comfortable and at ease in their own home. My goal is to make it feel like you never left by providing all of their creature comforts and treating them just as you would. Going for regular walks and potty breaks as well as engaging and entertaining your pet is a priority.

I feel that walks are not just necessary for their relief but also to maintain their physical and mental well-being. I prefer to let your dog go at its own pace, whether relaxed or energetic, but also to let them enjoy their surroundings at their leisure. When we're at home, I'm always down to play with your pet, sit with them quietly, or give them their space. I'm a musician with a flexible schedule so it's easy for me to work around the needs of clients and their pets. I have plenty of time for walks during the day and many evenings are free for sitting. I always follow a client's detailed instructions regarding feeding, walks, and hygiene, and medicine. I always do my best to make sure the animal knows I'm there to be their friend and to take care of them.

About: I have had dogs for most of my life and have dog sat for many friends and family members. I now have two kids ages 3 and 8 that want a dog, but we are not able to commit to that right now so would love to spoil yours! They will be given tons of attention and affection, but will need to be fairly mellow as my kids get used to having a dog around - they are a little scared of very high-energy, jumpy dogs ;). I work from home Mondays and Fridays and I am generally around on the weekends, so they will have plenty of attention! I can do potty breaks every couple of hours and walks twice per day. I often go to parks and also play outside a lot with the kids, so there will be plenty of activity! I have a fenced yard and we often play outside in our cul de sac so would have them on a leash out front. I am happy to crate the dog if you are comfortable with that and bring one. They are welcome on our couches.
