About: I've lived with dogs for my entire life. My childhood home had dogs, reptiles, aquariums, birds and cats. I started pet sitting at the age of 12 when I took care of my neighbors aviary that included a Toucan! I have cared for all size and breeds of dogs- I love those Pitties! My cat came to me when I was 12. As an adult, I've trained my own dogs from 8 weeks old. We currently have a 7 year old Holland Lop rabbit that is potty trained and free range. He gets along well with my two Pit-mix dogs. I trained both of my large dogs to get along with our bunny. I use positive reinforcement with my dogs along with using a crate, when needed. I love meeting new animals and taking care of them. Your furry, scaled and feathered family members will be safe and cared for with me. About: I have had animals my entire life. I currently have a dog and two cats. My senior dog, Pete, passed away on 8/6 at 18. I am comfortable with dogs and cats if all ages, meds, and any other needs they may have. I’m a teacher so I can care for pets before/after school, over weekends. I can do drop ins and long weekend care as well. I can also do morning and afternoon walks. In my home, I am happy to host any dogs over the weekends who are dog and cat friendly. My cats don’t do well with unknown cats, but I can definitely drop in at your home. My home is very clean, safe, and zoned off for various animals. I have gates on my stairs, a gated yard, and locks on all the interior doors.

About: I’ve been around dogs and cats my whole life and have been professionally caring for animals for 6 years now. I have taken the last 2 years off for an extended maternity leave but am ready to jump back in and love yours like my own! Frequently praised by my kind and gentle approach, I have cared for elderly and special needs pets as well as boarded pets in my home. I have a 7 yo Husky Winter and 6 yo Corgi Max at home! Due to having kiddos in the house, I am no longer offering boarding or doggy daycare services. I am currently working from home and spend most weekends at home. About: Pets are my life. They have always held a special place in my heart I would love to help others with there animals if they needed the help I’m hoping that I can make this my part time job for now. About: I'm happy to help enforce skills they already know such as sit, down, stay, come, kennel, etc. I've trained Southeastern Guide Dogs before and can bring those skills to the table. I can figure out their good spots to scratch so that they'll enjoy being around me and trust me. I have also been around all different sizes and breeds of dogs, so please don't worry about size, breed, personality, or disabilities. I want to help give you the confidence of being a pet parent while still living your own life! I work from home part-time, so I have plenty of time to care for your fur baby(ies). I typically work mornings Tuesday-Friday, and have most afternoons and weekends available. I love giving cuddles to any animal who needs them. I will give them space if they need time to adjust, and I will patiently help them warm up to me. I studied psychology, and during my training I learned about classical and operant conditioning, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding both human and pet behavior. I have cared for dogs in New York and Portland, adapting to different routines, personalities, and environments. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I’m available every day, with the exception of Mondays through Thursdays between 2:00 and 7:00 pm. Outside of that window, I have flexible availability and can fully focus on the pets in my care. A typical day depends on the pet’s needs, but it usually includes morning and evening walks, feeding at their scheduled times, playtime, mental stimulation, and plenty of affection. I’m very attentive to routines, so I try to keep pets on a schedule that feels familiar and comforting to them. If I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure to respect their space and follow all instructions closely so pets feel safe and relaxed in their own environment. About: I use to have a black lab , that I would take on walks/ runs, take on a boat and play fetch with. Wash and groom, and watch for any discomfort. I am currently working as a dental assistant,Tuesday-Friday and usually off by 5:30 or earlier so I am Open in the evening. But I do have Saturday-Monday or anytime. So far I haven’t had pets in my place since I just recently got a place. But I’ve been mostly dog sitting my hygienist whenever she’s out of town or my friends pets. Taking them outside, walks, runs, fetching. Feeding them and watching for any signs of distress or discomfort. I love taking care of pets/ people. Which my dental job has really helped me realize that helping . Just seeing the dogs/cats happy and running around wigging their tails and tongue out really always brights up my day. Everyone / and animals all deserve to be happy / respected and well taken care of.
