“Juliann did such a wonderful job of taking care of our beloved dog. She took the time to introduce herself and her lovely family and we got a chance to have Yoda do a meet and greet. Their house was very warm and inviting and they really took to him. They were very thorough with all of their questions and made sure that they were equipped to take good care of him. During the trip they gave us constant updates and photos and we felt very safe that he was in good hands. when we went to go pick him up, he did not seem that enthusiastic to leave, which was both sad but also a great sign of how much fun he was having there. We absolutely would work with them again and recommend them to anyone looking to have their dogs be in safe and loving hands.”

I will always communicate with the owners before hand. I am VERY attentive to every pet/clients that I take care of. I always make sure to have some booties on hand. About: Well my family hasn’t called me a crazy cat lady my whole life for nothing 😆😉 It’s true, I am more of a cat person than I am a dog person lol I have been fortunate to have had cats who, for the most part, have been healthy as ever! I had a cat in high school who was blind that was my first real responsibility in life, and now she lives forever in a tattoo behind my ear! I thought taking care of a special needs cat would have been a lot harder, but when you see how much love they have for you when you’re doing the things they need done, there’s no greater feeling. Cats get bashed on quite frequently, but I’m here to cuddle them, love them, and care for them to let them know not everyone out there feels that way about these precious furry babies 💛
About: I started taking care of pets while I was in university, which helped me earn extra income and gain hands-on experience with animals. I studied psychology, and during my training I learned about classical and operant conditioning, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding both human and pet behavior. I have cared for dogs in New York and Portland, adapting to different routines, personalities, and environments. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I’m available every day, with the exception of Mondays through Fridays between 9am to 2pm. Outside of that window, I have flexible availability and can fully focus on the pets in my care. A typical day depends on the pet’s needs, but it usually includes morning and evening walks, feeding at their scheduled times, playtime, mental stimulation, and plenty of affection. I’m very attentive to routines, so I try to keep pets on a schedule that feels familiar and comforting to them. If I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure to respect their space and follow all instructions closely so pets feel safe and relaxed in their own environment. I provide calm, structured, and loving care. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior, energy level, and signals so I can respond appropriately. I follow feeding instructions carefully, maintain clean spaces, and make sure pets get the right balance of activity and rest. Because of my background in psychology and behavioral conditioning, I’m especially mindful of positive reinforcement, routines, and reducing stress. I always prioritize safety, comfort, and emotional well-being.
“Katie did a great job looking after my older dog. She was right on time, obviously caring and followed all the instructions left for her, even sending photos of her visits. I highly recommend and would definitely hire Katie again.”

About: I'm a positive reinforcement–based dog trainer. If you're working on training with your dog, I'm happy to reinforce those skills while you're away to help maintain the progress you've made. I'm comfortable with dogs of all ages, as well as dogs that may need a little extra patience or understanding. Every dog is different, and I think their care should reflect that. I'll tailor each visit to your dog's personality, routine, and needs. I have a flexible daytime schedule, which makes it easy to fit in walks and drop-in visits throughout the day. I'm usually able to accommodate a variety of times for either one-time visits or something more regular. My goal is to stick to your dog's normal schedule and routines as closely as possible. Just let me know what that looks like, and I'll make it happen. When I'm in your home, I follow the Scout motto: "Leave it better than you found it." I'll treat your home with the same care and respect I'd want someone to show mine.
About: Want to have no worries when your away for a night or more? Look no further. I worked in the vet field for over 8 years, I can administer medication if needed. I love animals, we have 2 heelers of our own - our red female is almost 4 yrs old and super friendly and spunky. We have a blue male heeler that is just over a year and is a complete ball of energy. Than we have one cat that is indoor only and is our daughter’s. I have one teen, she loves to help if I am pet sitting animals that are good with kids, she has been helping me for years (only with approval from owner). I would come to your house and check on your pet(s) and/or take him/her/them for a walk, twice or more times per day (price may vary on how many times). I am also fine with weekend overnights, schedule permitting. I can do this for any type of pet (dog, cat, rabbit, bird, iguana, etc). If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. I look forward to hearing from you and caring for your loved ones. Why I Love Pet Sitting I have never been without a dog or cat. I have had many breeds of dog and cats and at one time, when my mom's dog had puppies I helped her with that. I also was responsible for raising 12 abandoned kittens at my first vet clinic job. My home has also felt more like a farm with the variety of animals that we have had. I have also cared for injured birds and other wildlife when needed. I work full time from home so if you are close by I can easily take breaks and go do check ins or walks - I am generally available for most of the day since I work early. I am very well versed in taking care of animals with my background. Playing fetch, crating in needed, long walks and I even will play with the kitties. I don’t mind feeding fish or taking care of birds as well. I love talking to animals and making them feel comfortable in their home when I am there.
“Elaine did a wonderful job with cats and I felt so at ease leaving them in her care. I loved getting the daily updates with photos and appreciated that she cleaned up my old boys accident. Will definitely book again.”

About: With 8 years of experience as a former veterinary assistant and many many years as a dog Mama, I will love your pets like they are part of our family. I have a fenced yard and a small doggy-door. Our sweet miniature Labradoodle makes for a great friend and my kids will help give your pet playtime and exercise.

“I was looking for a opportunity for my year old Sheltie to gain some socialization skills and have play time with other dogs. Dottie has worked out perfectly. Katie goes a couple of times a week and comes home tired and played out. She already knows that when I say "Let's go to Dottie's" to head to the garage door. Katie has settled in at Dottie's and loves it. Thank you, Dottie!”

“Steve and his wife did a wonderful job of caring for our dog, Dax, while we were in the area for a couple of days. Steve sent pictures and updates and Dax felt right at home with them. I will definitely reach out to use Steve again if we're in the area in the future.”

“My Havanese Cooper had a great first day with Marisela and her family! She is super responsive and sent updates during the day. He was super happy when we picked him up. We are looking forward to him staying with her again soon. :)”

About: I have 10 years of specific dog care experience—from the puppy stage through the senior years. I understand that different ages and breeds need differing levels of energy and respond in kind. I know how important it is for your pup to feel safe and calm but also know how to let them let loose and have fun/playtime! I adore dogs and can’t wait to help care for your fur baby for you. I’m a stay at home mom, so my schedule is fairly open. I can work in walks, visits, and feedings for your pup(s) as it works for you. I also have a fenced in back yard, and can offer day boarding as needed, so your fur baby will have access to space to run and play while staying safe. Happy to also offer short term boarding or in (your) home care for times when you are out of town. Based on your needs, I can keep your pet here at my home where I have a fenced in yard, and can also crate your pet, if that is something they are used to. On walks, I will always keep your pet leashed and will offer a calm and gentle environment at all times while they are in my home. If your needs require me to be in your home, I will follow any and all guidelines pertaining to your space.
“Anastasiya and her family have been caring for our energetic 10-month old aussiedoodle Tony each week for a couple of months now & I am so grateful that we found her! We are always greeted warmly, and he expresses excitement and interest for his visits. They have a wonderful home and outdoor space for him to explore and I am confident that he is being well taken care of and having lots of fun. Our brief check-ins tell me that they genuinely seem to enjoy his company, which makes me happy too! Anyone who is able to utilize her services will be fortunate and in very good hands:)”

“Peter and his family clearly love dogs! They were super responsive and sent photos throughout the day. Charlie loved playing with their dogs and we will absolutely be booking again! Highly recommend!”

About: We provide a safe, cozy, low-stress environment so your pup feels comfortable, relaxed, and truly at home while you’re away. Lots of attention, familiar routines, and genuine care. Pet care fits naturally into our daily and weekly routine. One of us works from home, so dogs are rarely left alone and get plenty of attention throughout the day. We also have two teen girls who love helping with care — extra cuddles, playtime, and lots of love included. Daily walks are part of our routine, along with a calm, cozy home environment where pups feel safe and spoiled. We care for pets as if they’re part of our family. In our home, dogs enjoy a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time, plenty of supervision, and a calm, comfortable environment. Since we don’t currently have pets of our own, your dog gets our full attention — from playtime and walks to cuddles and downtime. Our goal is always to keep your pup feeling secure, relaxed, and right at home.
“Andrea was my hero for agreeing to watch my fur baby on short notice. Andrea and her family (including their very friendly Weimaraner) were welcoming and excited when we arrived. My dog never looked back! In fact, when i arrived, he seemed like he wanted to stay longer lol! The dogs played well together and the whole family loved on him. I highly recommend Andrea and her family and will love for my guy to go back when I next need doggie daycare!”

“Another awesome day with Damon and his doggos. Uki always leaves so tired and happy. She’s still tired the next day and has really blossomed in her social skills.”

About: I’ve been around dogs and cats my whole life and have been professionally caring for animals for 6 years and have loved every pet like my own! Frequently praised by my kind and gentle approach, I have cared for elderly and special needs pets as well as boarded pets in my home. I have a 7 yo Husky Winter and 6 yo Corgi Max at home! Due to having kiddos in the house, I am no longer offering boarding or doggy daycare services. I am currently working from home and spend most weekends at home. I am available at most times of the day as well. Please let me know your needs so I can best accommodate. I will send pictures to you everyday and make sure they get lots of love while in my care! If there are any special toys, treats, areas of play, anything of the sort just let me know!
“Rebecca is amazing! She walked our Labradoodle and Goldendoodle on the days we needed and it helped keep us at peace knowing the dogs were taken care of. I would recommend her to everybody and I will definitely be rebooking with her for future walks 😊.”

“V was absolutely wonderful. When she met Leota for the meet and greet, she came with treats and was very very engaged with Leota. During her walks she documented every action and took plenty of amazing pictures showing how comfortable Leota was and how much fun she was having. She was on time and even provided an amazing custom hand painted rock of Leota and a wonderful hand written note for us. We will definitely be utilizing V in the future and if I could give her a 10 out of 5, I would! Thanks so much V! You’re an absolute gem!”

We set up a meet and greet beforehand and he and his wife were so kind and hospitable. Arlo immediately felt at home. I received many photos and updates while we were away, and he was spoiled and loved on every moment with them! He didn’t want to leave when it was time to say goodbye. The best part is that we made some wonderful new friends and knew that Arlo was in good hands!”

“Michelle was amazing with my puppy! It was my first time using a dog sitter and it couldn’t have been better. She was very communicative and stayed in touch during my 5 days away. I’m confident my puppy was spoiled and well taken care of!”

About: I have experience in giving pets medications weather its pills or injection. I have experience in elderly pets, I am very patient and very attentive, and I have great communication. I do pet care as my main job, so it fits in my day perfectly. Plus I can take the pet (s) with me when I have to leave the apartment for any length of time. I will always communicate with the owners before hand. I am VERY attentive to every pet/clients that I take care of. I always make sure to have some booties on hand. Depending on the weather, I always make sure the pet is in the shade, on the grass, or even some dirt. I make sure that I have extra pet rain gear as well
“Words simply aren’t enough to express the gratitude I have for how my 4 dogs were loved and immediately welcomed in by her family. To say my dogs wanted to stay with her isn’t an understatement. I consider myself blessed to have met such a wonderful and caring family to love on my pet people when I can’t. She deserves all the praise in the universe. Woof woof woof woof wag wag wag wag from the crew too. We love you!”

“Andrea and Lee did an amazing job. They kept us updated on how everything was going with Jack. They showed a tremendous amount of love and caring for our dog. We would be so happy to have Andrea watch Jack in the future.”

“Roxanne was fantastic! She was very good with our pup, and did an awesome job sending us some pictures and videos of what our dog was up too. With the large amount of property it was great to know she was in good hands and that she could run around and play outside. As someone who had never used Rover, Roxanne definitely got us hooked; I’ll never use a kennel again. Thanks again!!”

“Mariia was incredible from the get go, she was responsive, understanding and willing to accommodate any requests we had. She’s friendly and Kovi, our dog, looked happy and well taken care of! Thank you Mariia! I felt like Kovi was in great hands while we were gone.”

“Huge thank you to Peter and family for taking amazing care of Rosie! We needed a last second sitter and they were amazing to coordinate with. The communication and pictures were great during our absence and our dog was very happy after being there. Would definitely rebook!”

“We couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter for our elderly dog. They gave him all the love and attention a little old man could have asked for. We will definitely use them again.”

“Rayleigh & Nate and kids took great care of our dog. We did a meet and greet ahead of us dropping her off, and we received frequent updates with photos or videos to help ease our minds while we were away. Thank you for taking such great care of our girl!”

“Kim was wonderful and willing to watch our pups even though she had a busy weekend herself. I appreciate the transparency and being forward with the information. I believe our pups were well taken care of and loved.”
