About: Easy going and adaptable dog walker with experience! Animal lover and grad student wanting to work on the side! Looking forward to meeting you and your pets! I am currently a full time graduate student which consists of a pretty busy schedule during the week but leaves the weekends very open. Also, on breaks, usually consisting of 4-6 weeks at a time, my schedule is wide open to accommodate a variety of dog walking needs. I have a fenced backyard with a moderate amount of space to run around. When dog sitting or walking, I always try to be aware and alert during social situations and pay attention to the needs of your dog while making sure they can get their energy out!

About: Hello! I’m a pet parent to three cats and a senior Yorkie, as well as a trained Doggy Day Out volunteer at SPCA Monterey County. I love taking care of pets and giving you peace of mind. I work from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility for drop-ins, dog walks, and house sitting. About: I have the most experience with various dog breeds young and old. More recently I have grown to also love and care for cats. Most of my full time experience has been with my personal dogs. Zoe, an Australian Shepard, was a shining light in my life for 14 years. Prior to Zoe I had Max, a sweet and gentle Rottweiler I was with for 6 years. For the past 4 years I've been spending a lot of time caring for the beloved pets and homes of my friends and family. I'm a retired teacher so my schedule is pretty flexible. I do some regular volunteer work with cancer patients a few hours each week. I walk or hike daily and a furry companion would be welcome. It's one of the main reasons I signed up for Rover! I am also now on Trusted Housesitters and have experience caring for pets in client's homes. I could have a pet in my home for short visits. I live near a lovely wooded trail that dogs LOVE.

About: Hello my name is Rubi! I am the owner of two beautiful cats. I have own cats, dogs, hamsters, etc. For all of my life. Giving me the experience of older and younger cats and dogs. From handling young pups and kittens to hand feeding senior cats and dogs. I am available all of sunday-wednesday! I am a Pacific Grove local! my energy is very flexible, I love to go for a long walks and be energetic for the hyper dogs and cats out there! All of my dogs lived well into their senior years, so I'm very familiar with the extra patience, gentleness, and care older pets need. About: I have a serious love for fur babies and would love to treat yours to a nice walk, drop-in visit, or sleepover! I have lots of experience working with dogs of all kinds and cats! I am currently a student and working part-time but here is my schedule for every week! Monday: Available Tuesday: Available after 2pm Thursday: Unavailable 1-4, Free rest of day! Let me know if you need a specific time or day I am flexible and I will try and make it work! For home sitting, I am respectful and cautious of your beautiful homes and will ensure they are sparkling when you get home while also making sure your babies are entiertsining and loved the whole time! For walks, I am very careful and aware of my surroundings and will be very cautious when walking your precious baby. I understand how to de-escalate bad interactions with other dogs and can ensure your dog will come home tired from their walk long walk!

I began pet sitting in my teens and have continued caring for pets with a calm, reliable, and attentive approach. In college I worked at a pet supply store, where I gained additional experience with pet care, behavior, and different breeds. I also previously worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), which strengthened my skills in patience, consistency, reading behavior cues, and creating a safe, structured environment. About: I grew up around horses and learned to respect all living creatures large and small. We always had pets at home and they gravitated towards me because I like to play and have fun with them. I had a cat for 16 years in my youth and loved her so much. Kitties will always have a special place in my heart. I have had many pets over the years and my most recent were two rescue shepherd/husky mix wonderful family members. They were brother and sister and both passed away. I do not currently have any pets of my own right now. Pet sitting is the joy of my life, and I cannot imagine a day without walking, playing and cuddling with furry friends. I am home all day and available to spend quality time with your fur babies! I am extremely flexible and am here for all of your pet’s needs. I like as much information about the pet as you'd like to give me. Whatever your pet needs, I will provide for them. I have lots of experience with anxious dogs and senior dogs and cats. About: Aside from raising my own 2 fur babies ( 2 kitties now), I’ve helped take care of others’ pets from large Dobermans to small kittens. I also volunteer at a local animal shelter primarily walking and socializing with the big dogs. I lost my senior cat Meemow and senior dog Harley this year (both 15). As my title states, I’m an RN and am very comfortable with giving medications to fur babies (as I do with humans) as well as taking care of any illness issues within reason (wound care/ monitoring / accidents). When it comes to senior care of animals, I understand the need for them to get extra special love and attention, and medication to keep them as happy and healthy as possible. I believe in making pets as comfortable as possible and letting them know that I’m there to help and give love (if they want). When it comes to dog walking, I’m really vigilant about our surroundings and making sure that dogs get a good safe walk. I definitely gravitate towards animals over humans haha. I work part-time out of town, and so I have a lot of time spent at home with my own animals. I want to spend my time I have to help others too (hence also my volunteering at the animal shelter right now to). I prefer to spend time with pets as much as allowed in their home while also following routines previously set for them. Whether it’s playing out in the back yard, or just hanging out together on the couch or floor and relaxing, I like the pet to know that I’m there and not alone. If crating is necessary or part of the dogs routine, I can do that too.

About: I have always had dogs in my life and can't imagine it without them! I currently have a 5 and a half year old Doberman who is my world! I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes and enjoy getting to know each pet's personality so I can give them the best care suited to them. My goal is to make any pet feel calm, loved and well cared for. I'm currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to give your pet the attention they deserve! My schedule is very flexible, so I'm able to meet most scheduling needs. I can adjust to whatever the environment may be. If there is a fenced yard, great, if not we can figure out what the best option is!

About: We always had pets growing up, when I moved out I missed having those loving beings around me, so I started petsitting. My clients and friends know me as a reliable, loving and caring person and trust me with their loved ones. I am self employed so I can create my own schedule.
