A typical day
Because I work from home I am able stay with your dog for the entire day and night if that is what you are looking for. Or I am happy to visit just during the day. I would love to take your dog out for a walk every few hours, play often, and hopefully relax and snooze together (very important).

I truly love dogs. I grew up with dogs, volunteer at dog shelters (and cat rescue organizations) whenever possible, used to own the most dog-like cat I could find because my apartment only allowed cats, etc. I happen to be an excellent cat sitter, babysitter, and house sitter too. I have a small online business and a fairly flexible schedule. I would love to walk or coo or stay with your dog while you are away! I am comfortable administering meds, giving shots, monitoring special needs, and most other out of the ordinary care. Just let me know! I want you to know that your pet is comfortable and happy while you are away- I love sending photos and updates throughout the day. I have two young daughters who are 4 and 6 years old who love dogs and cats too- depending on the type of visit and if your pets are kid friendly, they would love to tag along! We had a great experience with Nicole. My dog warmed up to her right away, and it was clear that she understands dog behavior and knows how to build trust quickly. She was calm and gentle, and gave my dog space to settle in and feel at ease. I was visiting from out of state, and having a sitter I felt comfortable leaving my dog with allowed me to spend a day at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. It was a highlight of my trip, and I was able to enjoy it knowing my dog was in good hands. She kept me updated throughout the walk with messages and photos. When I picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly comfortable with Nicole. For a dog who usually wants to be by my side, that says a lot. I would absolutely book with her again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dependable sitter.
Nicole is a godsend! She took such amazing care of our cats, and I loved all of the adorable pictures she sent. I could tell my cats really enjoyed her company. She made our trip possible and made feel so at ease knowing my cats weren’t missing out on petting and loving while we were away. She also accommodated us for an additional day last minute. I can’t say enough good things, thank you so much Nicole!
