“Caitlin has been an exceptional dog walker for my Alaskan Husky, Luna. From the start, she proved to be incredibly reliable and dependable-always punctual and communicative, which gave me peace of mind. She approached my dog with genuine care and patience, quickly building a strong bond. Caitlin consistently demonstrated professionalism, from handling every walk responsibly to updating me with feedback afterward. My Luna genuinely looks forward to her visits, which says a lot about the positive connection they share. 10. Charles T.
“Charlie is my cousin and has looked over my house and pets many times over the years. He is always respectful of my home...leaving it maybe cleaner than when I left! When it comes to pet-sitting, there is no one I would trust more. He takes extreme care of all animals with walks, medications, special needs, etc., tended to with pure love. With Charlie, there is never a doubt that my pets are in the best hands, and I continue to recommend him to everyone I know.”

11. Amanda B.
“Amanda has always been a great help when I get stuck at work late. She’s super calm and professional, and my miniature schnauzer, (Mr. Scruffles) took to her right away. 13. Amy z.

“Amy is truly exceptional. Her communication skills are top-notch, she's always punctual, very friendly and being around her naturally puts you at ease. I will be booking more dog walking sessions with her! My pup came back thoroughly exercised and in the best mood—tired yet content and mellow.”

14. Elena D.

“Elena is a lover of all living things, especially animals large and small. She also loves whales and all sea creatures. She grew up learning how to care for horses, dogs and cats. She grew up riding horses until our last horse passed away, who lived for 32 years and that speaks to the level of care they received. I rescued a Shih Tzu when she was just 6 years old and she loved Oreo until the day she passed at 20 years old. The level of care your furry loved ones would get from Elena is beyond any care anywhere. She loves animals and I would trust her to take care of any of my furry loved ones. She goes the extra mile and enjoys every minute. She is definitely an animal whisperer. Hire her…..you will be so glad you did!”

15. Nina A.
“I have known Nina for about 20 years, and she is one of the most caring and resposible people I've ever met. One very strong testumonial of her ability to care for animals is that of her own dog, Scruffy, an adopted terrior mix that lived for nearly 20 years! Her love and excellent care of animals also extends to her pet tortoise Sally and the bearded dragons she that she has taken care of and raised. My dog Sunny loves to visit Nina and her husband, and especially her dog Chloe. He has great fun playing playing with Chloe in her spacious yard. Importantly, Nina is extremely knowledgeable about the care and behavior of dogs, as she has had them most of her life. Rover would do very well to add such a conscientious and competant caregiver to their team.”

16. Olivia G.
About: I've been around dogs my whole life and have years of hands-on experience with dog sitting. Whether it's daily walks, playtime, or just keeping your dog company while you're away, I treat every dog like my own. I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust—and I’m here to give your dog the care, attention, and love they deserve. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I’ve always had dogs, so feeding, walking, and spending time with them fits easily into my schedule. When I’m dog sitting, I adjust my day to make sure each pet gets the attention and care they’re used to. I care for pets like they’re my own—whether in my home or yours. I follow their usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding times, walks, play, and any special needs. In a client’s home, I respect their space and make sure the pet feels safe and comfortable. In my home, I provide a calm, pet-friendly environment with lots of love and attention.

17. Delaney M.
“Delaney would be a great pet caregiver for Rover.com. She loves animals, is extremely patient and is a great communicator. She understands the importance of keeping a pet stimulated through play, training and teaching new tricks. She also likes spending quiet time with the pets when needed. She is very responsible, reliable and honest. Your pet would be lucky to have her as their caregiver.”

18. Allison M.
About: I’ve taken many dog/cat sitting jobs and am passionate about animals. Happy to do walks, runs, check-in’s and cuddles. I’m active and love the outdoors, and will enjoy loving your little ones. I’m currently moving to Carmel-by-the-Sea, and looking for ways to help the community and find part-time dog/cat sitting jobs. I love going on walks so it’s the perfect combination. I will not be accepting pets in my home at this time. I am happy to visit your home and can possibly care for pets in my home in the future.

19. Deborah A.
“Debbie cares for my 2 year old daughter on a daily basis as well as out 6 year old pitbull mix. Debbie is naturally gifted with children with four legs or two! Sarabi, our dog, is always well taken care of and we trust Debbie implicitly! She is knowledgeable, respectful and kind. Animals take well to her and you can tell she loves them.”

20. Mack A.
About: Since childhood I’ve grown up with animals with a majority of the responsibility being placed on me. This has transferred to my love for animals and my desire to pet sit. I have multiple clients around the Monterey Peninsula that trust me fully when they are away. That being said, trust and respect are my main priorities when responsible for people’s most loved possessions (one’s house and animals). I am a part high school, part college student with an extremely flexible schedule. I generally wake up early and am comfortable staying or commuting to people’s houses. When pet sitting I periodically check in on the animals and the owners and exercise/walk however much the owner is comfortable with. I tend to not like to bring a foreign dog into my home as I’m not sure how my dog or my clients dog will respond. Not a risk I’m willing to take. That said, I’m more than happy to walk or let out one’s pets as much as needed.
