“I've known Elizabeth for many years and couldn't recommend her highly enough to care for your pet. She and her family spent a number of years raising 3 different puppies for the Guide Dogs for the Blind. So you'll understand why I thought of her as my mentor when our family adopted a puppy in 2020. I would call her frequently with questions about behavior and training, and she always responded with knowledge, kindness, generosity, and a sense of humor. Their family also has cats, so they understand both felines and canines. They cared for our dog for 3 weeks in their home, and we returned to a happy pup! They sent photos and shared stories of their outings. Elizabeth is trustworthy, knowledgable, fun, loving, and affectionate. I wholeheartedly recommend her! Out of five stars, I'd give her ten.”

She grew up riding horses until our last horse passed away, who lived for 32 years and that speaks to the level of care they received. I rescued a Shih Tzu when she was just 6 years old and she loved Oreo until the day she passed at 20 years old. The level of care your furry loved ones would get from Elena is beyond any care anywhere. She loves animals and I would trust her to take care of any of my furry loved ones. About: Hi!!! I'm Raquel and your pets' next BEST friend! & I love all animals although I'll admit to dogs being my favorite. I'm a recently retired Army veteran and looking for fulfilling ways to fill my new found excess time @). I grew up with dogs and have owned & sat several different breeds (ABPT, GSP, Huskies, Vizsla, Pomeranian, Lab, etc). I am adept at caring for senior pooches as well as tiny puppies. I do not currently own a pup but the photos are of my most recent puppers, Apollo, Duke & Dice, whom l've had to reluctantly re-home due to military commitments. I miss the companionship of an animal. The sight of an animal brings me INSTANTANEOUS joy. I enjoy caring for our furry friends whom we humans do not always deserve. I love to run and play with energetic dogs just as much as I love to cuddle with ones who prefer to lounge around. I live in Carmel Valley and revel at the opportunity to engage with the many different animals I encounter on my daily walks (pigs, wild turkey, horses, deer, neighborhood cats and dogs). I especially love bringing grapes to the three not so little pigs who live just down the road from me; I think they like me too would love the privilege of looking after your beloved animal family members while you travel knowing they're well cared for and showered with love and attention. I have tons of time on my hands. I am a recently retired veteran and currently not working and love spending time with animals. 😊 I will follow all of your instructions to a tee and go above and beyond to ensure the safety of your pet and care of your home.

“Julia quickly became an essential help for me to get my dog Rocky stimulation and exercise that allowed me to focus on the primary reason for my trip! She is knowledgeable of all of the dog fun-spots and very aware of safety of the pets she cares for. Julie communicated often and it felt like I was along for the fun. She sent pictures that quickly became favorites on Facebook and most of all, she developed a bond with Rocky where he loved every visit and I could tell she enjoyed Rocky as well! I highly recommend Julia for all your pet needs in the Carmel area!”
