About: My boyfriend (& roommate) and I both have a lifelong love for animals and am really missing having pets around! I’ve grown up with all sorts of dog breeds ranging from Pit Bulls to Havanese and feel comfortable around them all. I live with my boyfriend who is also a huge animal lover so rest assured your pet will get plenty of love and attention! Please note we do have stairs to get up to our unit with a large deck that gets lots of sun!

About: I have the most experience with various dog breeds young and old. More recently I have grown to also love and care for cats. Most of my full time experience has been with my personal dogs. Zoe, an Australian Shepard, was a shining light in my life for 14 years. Prior to Zoe I had Max, a sweet and gentle Rottweiler I was with for 6 years. For the past 4 years I've been spending a lot of time caring for the beloved pets and homes of my friends and family. I'm a retired teacher so my schedule is pretty flexible. I do some regular volunteer work with cancer patients a few hours each week. I walk or hike daily and a furry companion would be welcome. It's one of the main reasons I signed up for Rover! I am also now on Trusted Housesitters and have experience caring for pets in client's homes. I could have a pet in my home for short visits. I live near a lovely wooded trail that dogs LOVE.

About: I've had dogs nearly my entire life, enjoying them from puppyhood to senior age. As my kids grew up, I have also taken care of hamsters, bunnies, lizards, turtles, and parakeets. But most of all, I love dogs. My dog Rainie is an English lab, half chocolate/half yellow who loves playing with other dogs, especially other labs. I'm very familiar with the needs and limitations of senior dogs and can adapt our routines accordingly. I only host one dog at a time to ensure everyone gets enough peace and pettings. We can host caged pets at the same time (small reptiles and parakeets). I'm retired and can host your pet anytime with advance notice. My calendar will accurately indicate my availability. My regular routine includes walking and gardening with our guest dogs. I have a large fenced yard and a single level home 8 steps above ground. Your dog will spend most of their time wherever I happen to be and will be given regular potty breaks. Your dog will enjoy romping in the yard for extended periods under supervision, but will not be left unattended in the yard. Please provide detailed feeding and medication instructions and I will follow them to the letter. Tell me about your dog's special likes, dislikes, fears, and behavioral quirks so we can make dog feel at home. Your dog must be able to manage the steps to get in and out of the house, be willing to use the doggie ramp, or be small enough for me to carry up and down. Must be housebroken. Please provide crate if crate trained and more comfortable in the crate. Or, provide favorite bed or blanket. Otherwise, we have a collection of blankets. Please bring your dog's favorite toy. Some large dogs accepted, depending on size, breed, and degree of training. A meet and greet is a must for most dogs. Pit bulls, Rottweilers, and Dobermans will not be accepted under any circumstances. I realize that many individual dogs are very sweet, but as a rule, these breeds unnerve me, and the dog will sense that.

Otherwise I need to give bath & grooming for my dearie guest paws. I will charge it. I have a fenced front yard, backyard at PawsInn, so l am supervising dearly puppies all the time, even when they are having fun at my garden. We shall do long walks, plays at the safest neighborhood parks, and fenced football fields constantly. My favorite park is next to my home, and it is our favorite because I can safely let few puppies run there leash free since this park all fenced up.

About: I started off my Rover journey in Seattle for a few years until COVID hit, and continued to watch pets offline for military families while living in Japan for the past 5 years. Now that I’m back in the US, I’m eager to start up my Rover services again! I am mostly experienced with small-medium dogs, with breeds like terriers, poodles, chihuahuas, corgis, and shelties. I grew up caring for hamsters and parakeets, and started getting more involved with dogs and cats in university as I volunteered with local shelters and rescues. I’ve raised 2 dogs of my own, and also took in a stray kitten for a few weeks until finding a permanent home for her. I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages, but more recently I’ve learned a lot about caring for senior dogs as my own dog has entered the geriatric age and needs more patience and empathy. If you have a senior dog that needs special attention, I’m happy to accommodate their needs so you can have peace of mind that your pup is being cared for while you’re away. I’m currently in between jobs so I have plenty of flexibility during the week to drop by your home for some play time and exercise! I respect that every dog has individual needs. Whether they need extra time to warm up or want space from other walkers when out and about, I will learn and your pet’s preferences and advocate for them in public spaces to ensure they are safe and comfortable.

About: I have grown up as the eldest of three siblings and the owner of pet seahorses, hamsters, dogs, and bunnies. Caregiving is second nature to me. I am alert and patient and this job fits in really well for me as a college student. I love making connections with new families, being outside, and being around animals.
