About: Easy going and adaptable dog walker with experience! Animal lover and grad student wanting to work on the side! Looking forward to meeting you and your pets! I am currently a full time graduate student which consists of a pretty busy schedule during the week but leaves the weekends very open. Also, on breaks, usually consisting of 4-6 weeks at a time, my schedule is wide open to accommodate a variety of dog walking needs. I have a fenced backyard with a moderate amount of space to run around. When dog sitting or walking, I always try to be aware and alert during social situations and pay attention to the needs of your dog while making sure they can get their energy out!

About: I’ve owned dogs for 12 years and taken care of dogs from ages of puppy to senior, I currently have two shitzu’s, one is blind and needs extra care that I am able to handle with other blind dogs if needed. I have a completely open and free schedule, able to pet sit any day and any time as well as overnight or all day if needed. I live in an apartment building with my two cats and dogs, I take me dogs on walks every other day and take them out to the bathroom every 2 hours, one of my dogs is blind and needs extra care and patience when walking and one of my cats wears diapers as she has continence issues, I am able to and can take care of other animals with these issues as well. Two of my relatives are active and past veterinarians and can offer active help and advice if needed.

About: Prior to now, I have owned two dog boutique hotels that I have personally built from the ground up. I am familiar with all kinds of doggies and their personalities. All doggies are special to me and will receive nothing but the best of care and affection. I am currently taking care of pups in your own home unless we discuss and or have made other arrangements. I am also a commissioned artist so I would not be leaving to another job, your pup(s) would be my only concern. I might go run a couple errands, grocery store, etc... but I would enjoy just being home with your pups and painting, exercising them, playing with them or just doing whatever they are familiar in doing with you. As to your own personal instructions only. I understand, every dog has their own individual personality and each puppy has special needs. I will accompany each puppy as you wish.

About: I have the most experience with various dog breeds young and old. More recently I have grown to also love and care for cats. Most of my full time experience has been with my personal dogs. Zoe, an Australian Shepard, was a shining light in my life for 14 years. Prior to Zoe I had Max, a sweet and gentle Rottweiler I was with for 6 years. For the past 4 years I've been spending a lot of time caring for the beloved pets and homes of my friends and family. I'm a retired teacher so my schedule is pretty flexible. I do some regular volunteer work with cancer patients a few hours each week. I walk or hike daily and a furry companion would be welcome. It's one of the main reasons I signed up for Rover! I am also now on Trusted Housesitters and have experience caring for pets in client's homes. I could have a pet in my home for short visits. I live near a lovely wooded trail that dogs LOVE.

About: I've had dogs nearly my entire life, enjoying them from puppyhood to senior age. As my kids grew up, I have also taken care of hamsters, bunnies, lizards, turtles, and parakeets. But most of all, I love dogs. My dog Rainie is an English lab, half chocolate/half yellow who loves playing with other dogs, especially other labs. I'm very familiar with the needs and limitations of senior dogs and can adapt our routines accordingly. I only host one dog at a time to ensure everyone gets enough peace and pettings. We can host caged pets at the same time (small reptiles and parakeets). I'm retired and can host your pet anytime with advance notice. My calendar will accurately indicate my availability. My regular routine includes walking and gardening with our guest dogs. I have a large fenced yard and a single level home 8 steps above ground. Your dog will spend most of their time wherever I happen to be and will be given regular potty breaks. Your dog will enjoy romping in the yard for extended periods under supervision, but will not be left unattended in the yard. Please provide detailed feeding and medication instructions and I will follow them to the letter. Tell me about your dog's special likes, dislikes, fears, and behavioral quirks so we can make dog feel at home. Your dog must be able to manage the steps to get in and out of the house, be willing to use the doggie ramp, or be small enough for me to carry up and down. Must be housebroken. Please provide crate if crate trained and more comfortable in the crate. Or, provide favorite bed or blanket. Otherwise, we have a collection of blankets. Please bring your dog's favorite toy. Some large dogs accepted, depending on size, breed, and degree of training. A meet and greet is a must for most dogs. Pit bulls, Rottweilers, and Dobermans will not be accepted under any circumstances. I realize that many individual dogs are very sweet, but as a rule, these breeds unnerve me, and the dog will sense that.

About: I have 3 senior cats I am the sole provider for while I work from home. I am experienced with frequent walks, as well as administering oral (both physical and liquid) and subcutaneous medications. My room mate also has a 2-year old German Sheppard that I help care for. I make her homemade meals of chicken, fish, and rice as well as take on early morning walks I work part time from home and set my own schedule so I am available anytime including overnight care I especially love early morning walks when the sun is rising and it's still cool out I love spending time with all kinds of animals and can cook homemade meals for your dog I also have Youtube playlists (1 for dogs, 1 for cats) of soothing sounds like birds chirping, wind blowing, etc. to keep them calm and comfortable when their owner is away

About: I have experienced with hands on care for dogs and cats of all age, proving daily walks, administering basic medications, and proving lots of love. Making sure the pets feel comfortable and safe is always a top priority. I’m a current full time students, so I have availability throughout the week for drop ins in the morning or evening. I am available all week for pet sitting. I can provided safety, trust and security in the environment by attending introduction meetings with pet parents either in person or virtually to establish needs of pet care. During stay, I will send update pictures and text.

Over the years I’ve taken care of everything from purebreds to mutts, and while I’ve always had a soft spot for rescues, I love all dogs equally and treat every one like family. Since I’m home most of the time, I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, and pet sitting on both weekdays and weekends.
