She is also very easy to communicate with. She watched my dogs Sierra and Simba. Sierra is a 10 year old golden retriever, and Simba is a 16 year old Pekingese. Simba is blind and deaf. He is a very old dog. She did an incredible job with both dogs. She wiped and cleaned the eye boogers out of my elderly dog’s eyes and changed his diapers (he’s incontinent). She made sure the dogs got so much love and attention throughout the day. The dogs had free range of a fenced yard and were allowed up on the furniture. Sierra loves to hang out on furniture. About: I’ve grown up around cats my entire life, so caring for them comes very naturally to me. I currently live with four cats, including one of my own, and my sisters have cats as well, so I’m around different cat personalities every day. I’ve cared for cats of different ages and temperaments, from playful kittens to older, more independent cats. I also have experience bottle-feeding young kittens and helping stray cats in need, which has taught me to be patient, gentle, and really attentive to their behavior. I know cats have their own boundaries, some want cuddles and attention right away, while others need their space and time to warm up. I work from home, so your pet will have company and care throughout most of the day alongside my own pets. If your dog enjoys walks or outings like the beach, I’d love to include them with mine. Otherwise, they’ll be relaxing at home in a calm, attentive environment and won’t be left alone for more than about an hour (if they’re comfortable with short periods of alone time). I make sure my pets get a healthy balance of play, structure, and rest. With my dog, I focus on plenty of playtime and ongoing training, which helps her burn energy and settle into naps while I work. My cat prefers a calmer routine and spends most of her day relaxing in her own space, but I always make time for snuggles and connection so she feels loved and secure. I’m very attentive to each pet’s needs and energy levels. If a dog becomes tired or overstimulated, I’m happy to crate them for a peaceful reset if that’s part of their routine. For cats, I create a cozy, quiet space where they can feel safe and comfortable throughout the day. There is plenty of room in our house and yard to create separate spaces for pets to have their own areas (for sleep, food, play, etc.) if that is what they prefer. ❤️

About: Prior to now, I have owned two dog boutique hotels that I have personally built from the ground up. I am familiar with all kinds of doggies and their personalities. All doggies are special to me and will receive nothing but the best of care and affection. I am currently taking care of pups in your own home unless we discuss and or have made other arrangements. I am also a commissioned artist so I would not be leaving to another job, your pup(s) would be my only concern. I might go run a couple errands, grocery store, etc... but I would enjoy just being home with your pups and painting, exercising them, playing with them or just doing whatever they are familiar in doing with you. About: My boyfriend (& roommate) and I both have a lifelong love for animals and am really missing having pets around! I’ve grown up with all sorts of dog breeds ranging from Pit Bulls to Havanese and feel comfortable around them all. About: I have been pet sitting since I was 15! I have taken care of all kinds of animals, including both dogs and cats! I am comfortable with all levels of care and can provide anything you need. About: Hello, my name is Sonia! I have worked with various organizations throughout Monterey County, where I received training in animal behavior and boarding. Over the past five years, I’ve gained valuable experience creating daily routines that help animals feel comfortable and cared for. I am currently a volunteer at the SPCA clinic as a vet assistant, and help at the cat and dog adoption center. I have also worked at a local veterinary clinic and am now a full-time Rover sitter! I am CPR certified and comfortable administering both oral medications and injections. A little about me: I have a degree in Molecular Biology from California State University, Monterey Bay (CSUMB) and am currently pursuing a degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. My school schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Outside of those hours, I have flexible availability, including Tuesdays, Thursdays, weekends, and most afternoons and evenings. I’m available for house sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walks. I love getting to know each pet’s unique personality and routine, so I always like to schedule a meet-and-greet beforehand. It gives us a chance to make sure everyone feels comfortable and helps me provide the best care possible for your furry family member. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! I have 9 years of previous experience with boarding animals and work well with sticking to the specifics of every pet's needs. I have experience with all different breeds, including those requiring extra medical attention. I am trained in administering injections as well. “Wow, I am beyond happy that I found Marion to watch my dogs. She goes above and beyond. She takes very good care of them and sends pictures throughout their stay. She is also very easy to communicate with. She watched my dogs Sierra and Simba. Sierra is a 10 year old golden retriever, and Simba is a 16 year old Pekingese. Simba is blind and deaf. He is a very old dog. She did an incredible job with both dogs. She wiped and cleaned the eye boogers out of my elderly dog’s eyes and changed his diapers (he’s incontinent). She made sure the dogs got so much love and attention throughout the day. The dogs had free range of a fenced yard and were allowed up on the furniture. Sierra loves to hang out on furniture. About: I have a deep love and passion for animals. I have cared for many types including cats, dogs, snakes, rabbits, even insects!
