My name is Kylie and I have over 6 years of professional experience working with dogs, along with owning dogs and horses my whole life; I currently have an Australian Cattle Dog and a Labrador! I work at a breeding and boarding facility where I care for, raise, and train puppies, and also work with several boarding dogs and puppies daily. I have owned and cared with many different types of dogs, but I have spent the most time with large breeds. About: Although I have more cat experience, I would love the opportunity to become a dog sitter & work with diverse dog personalities. About: I grew up with a dog throughout my childhood and miss him every day! I had a roommate with a dog recently for about a year as well and loved having a fur baby again. I recently got married and moved in with my husband, and I’m missing having a dog to walk and take care of! I’m a freelance French translator and interpreter, so my schedule is very flexible! I typically work from home and tend to have a lot of available in the afternoons, but can often assist in the morning as well, with advance notice. About: I have always been a dog lover as well as a dog owner. I am outgoing, responsible, patient and affectionate. When I was younger I had 3 male dogs. Peluche was a maltepoo, Achilles was a weiner, and Chino was a Maltese. I fed them and took them on walks everyday after school. Unfortunately, Peluche died of a heart disease in 2009 and we cremated him. Then we moved and we had to give the other dogs away. From the ages of 12 to 14, I took care of the poodles that belonged to my neighbor Sunny that lived next door to my grandma in Hilmar, Ca. She knew me since I was a baby and I would always help her care for her poodles and help sell them. When I was 16 my mom got a dog and his name was Peke. He was a maltepoo as well and he was the love of my life. I loved bathing him, playing with him, training him, and sleeping with him. He was my buddy and he would wait for me at the window to see when I would get home from school. Unfortunately, we lived in an apartment and after 2 years neighbors complained and we had to let him go. I believe I would be a great dog sitter because I am very patient with children and dogs. I am responsible and I make sure I am caring for each dog properly for their needs and wants. I am able to exercise with the dogs and take them out frequently for potty breaks. I also now have 2 large breeds of my own and it has been a mostly fun and rewarding experience. They help me with my mental health and physical health. Pet care fits into my schedule since I go to community college and sometimes I am unemployed and need a way of making money to take care of myself and necessities.
