About: I have been working with dogs since I was 10 years old and started 4-H, I have shown dogs trained them and worked with animals my entire life. I worked for a breeder and helped care for a litter of 6 from birth to 8 weeks. Caring for animals is important to me and I want to create trusting relationships with my clients so they know their pet is in the best hands as I know I only wanted the same for my own pups. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide dependable care throughout the week. Because I create my own work hours, I’m able to plan my days around pet care and give pets the attention, exercise, and companionship they deserve. Whether it’s regular walks, check-ins, or overnight care, I enjoy building pet care into my routine and making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I care for pets in my client’s home by maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable, safe, and secure while their owners are away. I prioritize feeding schedules, walks, playtime, exercise, medication instructions, and plenty of attention and companionship. I also treat every home respectfully and provide regular updates so pet parents can feel confident knowing their pets are being cared for with patience, reliability, and genuine compassion.

About: I’ve been caring for pets since college, starting with dog walking, house sitting, and providing care. I have experience with puppies, including basic training and helping them establish good routines, as well as caring for senior dogs who may need extra attention or medication. I’ve worked with dogs of different ages, personalities, and temperaments, and I’m comfortable adapting my care to each dog’s individual needs. My goal is to make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. Being a stay a home mom, I am able to provide continuous care for your pet! Whether it be early morning walks, middle of the day potty breaks, or late night play time; I’m ready to provide loving care to your pets while you’re away. I have a small fenced in back yard and access to a larger fenced dog park, plus our neighborhood is perfect walks! If caring for your pet in their home, no need to worry about a thing! About: I have the most experience with various dog breeds young and old. More recently I have grown to also love and care for cats. Most of my full time experience has been with my personal dogs. Zoe, an Australian Shepard, was a shining light in my life for 14 years. Prior to Zoe I had Max, a sweet and gentle Rottweiler I was with for 6 years. For the past 4 years I've been spending a lot of time caring for the beloved pets and homes of my friends and family. I'm a retired teacher so my schedule is pretty flexible. I do some regular volunteer work with cancer patients a few hours each week. I walk or hike daily and a furry companion would be welcome. It's one of the main reasons I signed up for Rover! I am also now on Trusted Housesitters and have experience caring for pets in client's homes. I could have a pet in my home for short visits. I live near a lovely wooded trail that dogs LOVE.

About: As a pet owner myself, I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family member. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, from my teacup Pomeranian to my German Shepherd, as well as caring for puppies, senior pets, and cats. I’m attentive to each pet’s individual needs, whether that means playtime and exercise, sticking to a routine, or providing extra patience and comfort. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, loved, and at home while their owners are away. Im currently working part time remote, so I have time to be with your pup! From spending time at the house, walks, park time and play time. I’m available during the week and weekends I have a box of toys and brain stimulating toys, I take my dogs to the park to keep them moving and social. About: I grew up around horses and learned to respect all living creatures large and small. We always had pets at home and they gravitated towards me because I like to play and have fun with them. I had a cat for 16 years in my youth and loved her so much. Kitties will always have a special place in my heart. I have had many pets over the years and my most recent were two rescue shepherd/husky mix wonderful family members. They were brother and sister and both passed away. I do not currently have any pets of my own right now. Pet sitting is the joy of my life, and I cannot imagine a day without walking, playing and cuddling with furry friends. I am home all day and available to spend quality time with your fur babies! I am extremely flexible and am here for all of your pet’s needs. I like as much information about the pet as you'd like to give me. Whatever your pet needs, I will provide for them. I have lots of experience with anxious dogs and senior dogs and cats. I welcome any information you can provide to help your pet feel comfortable. I will only feed your pet what you provide. I will follow all of your instructions verbatim.

About: Dogs are truly a humans best friend.🥰We enjoy taking them for walks, (helps keep us in shape😁) playtime and just bonding with them. When we needed sitters for our pup years ago, we appreciated our sitter checking in with us. We feel communicating with our neighbors, gives us all peace of mind. So if it’s ok with you, we will send a picture, or video to assure you that your pup is safe and sound. We have more time now, to enjoy God’s creation and do things that bring us real joy. We absolutely love and appreciate the gift of life and enjoy caring for and bonding with all types of animals. Whether at the park, or at the beach, dogs tend to gravitate towards my husband and I. If so, it would be helpful if they’re crate-trained, in case we have to step away for a little while. It is of upmost importance to us, to see that your pet is safe and happy under our care. We love to spoil and treat them as if they were our own, so beware, they tend to not want us to leave.🥰

About: Hello! I am an active PG resident who LOVES animals. I have a job in Carmel that I adore, but I need more dogs/cats in my life! I have a leash-trained cat who traveled the country with me for 2 years, and he’s the light of my life, but I have more love to give. I’ve been professionally/informally caring for animals my entire life. I’ve worked primarily with dogs/cats, but have also lived on several farms around the world where I cared for: donkeys, horses, cows, sheep, goats, and chickens to name a few. Raising a leash-trained cat has been an eye opening experience for me. Because of it, I’m skilled at reading an animal’s emotional state, and am often able to redirect when an unwanted behavior begins brewing. I believe in positive reinforcement, respect, and play! I have experience training both dogs and cats (yes, cats can be trained!) Some unique things I bring to the table: - 20 years of experience caring for cats. I think I’m particularly good at caring for anxious kitties, and smart/active kitties (i.e. ones that LOVE being trained). - I’m an active and strong person. I can pretty much always meet a dog’s energy needs and provide a wide variety of different exercise (rollerskating alongside them, long walks, throwing balls, tug, running around with them). - The main reason I’ve rejoined Rover is because I simply want more animals in my life! I would love to foster dogs, but my current living situation doesn’t allow for that. I LOVE when my friends go away and ask me to care for their pets, but they don’t take enough vacations! ¨̮ I work in Carmel Monday through Friday, from 9-3, so I’m available weekday mornings/evenings, and any time over the weekend! As a pet parent myself, I know how important it is to keep your babies safe. Because I’ve been walking my cat for the past 6 years, I’ve had to learn how to read his body language, and the body language of the hundreds of dog’s we’ve interacted with. I’m by no means an expert, but I can often tell the difference between nervousness and excitement, stress and comfort, and anxiety and confidence. I strongly believe in positive reinforcement, respecting boundaries, and creating a loving relationship with animals. If your dog loves to constantly play tug, we’ll constantly play tug! If your cat is anxious and needs 30 minutes of playtime in order to feel relaxed around me, that’s what we’ll do! I love learning about an animal’s specific personality, and tailoring the kind of care I provide to exactly what they need!
