During the visit she sent updates and photos, and asked clarifying questions since this was the first visit. From handling young pups and kittens to hand feeding senior cats and dogs. I am available all of sunday-wednesday! About: Hi! I'm a Marine Corps Officer currently attending the Naval Postgraduate School and living in Pacific Grove. Caring for others, whether people or pets, has been a core part of my life and career. I've had animals my entire life, including both dogs and cats, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with them. I've taken care of old and young pets all my life! Whether your pet needs a walk, playtime, companionship, or simply a dependable person to keep them safe and comfortable, I take that responsibility seriously. As a military officer for the past five years, I've built my career on discipline, integrity, accountability, and attention to detail. When you trust me with your pet, you can expect clear communication, reliability, and the peace of mind that they will be cared for as if they were my own. I am available before 9:30 am daily except Thursdays! I am also available after 3 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Saturdays be Sundays are all day availability depending on weekend activities! I’ve been in the military for nearly five years and am very courteous of others belongings and homes. About: I grew up around horses and learned to respect all living creatures large and small. We always had pets at home and they gravitated towards me because I like to play and have fun with them. I had a cat for 16 years in my youth and loved her so much. Kitties will always have a special place in my heart. I have had many pets over the years and my most recent were two rescue shepherd/husky mix wonderful family members. They were brother and sister and both passed away. I do not currently have any pets of my own right now. Pet sitting is the joy of my life, and I cannot imagine a day without walking, playing and cuddling with furry friends. I am home all day and available to spend quality time with your fur babies! I am extremely flexible and am here for all of your pet’s needs. I like as much information about the pet as you'd like to give me. Whatever your pet needs, I will provide for them. I have lots of experience with anxious dogs and senior dogs and cats. I welcome any information you can provide to help your pet feel comfortable.

About: Dogs are truly a humans best friend.🥰We enjoy taking them for walks, (helps keep us in shape😁) playtime and just bonding with them. When we needed sitters for our pup years ago, we appreciated our sitter checking in with us. We feel communicating with our neighbors, gives us all peace of mind. So if it’s ok with you, we will send a picture, or video to assure you that your pup is safe and sound. We have more time now, to enjoy God’s creation and do things that bring us real joy. We absolutely love and appreciate the gift of life and enjoy caring for and bonding with all types of animals. Whether at the park, or at the beach, dogs tend to gravitate towards my husband and I. (They obviously feel our ‘love for dogs’ vibe.🥰) We have 4 grand pets we love dearly and look forward to their visits, but when they go home, we love on everyone else’s pets, lol. We decided to start pet sitting again part time, to help fill that void.🫠 We prefer sitting at your home, so your pet feels comfortable and less stressed while you’re away, but we also don’t mind entertaining them at our home for the day. If so, it would be helpful if they’re crate-trained, in case we have to step away for a little while. It is of upmost importance to us, to see that your pet is safe and happy under our care. We love to spoil and treat them as if they were our own, so beware, they tend to not want us to leave.🥰

About: Aside from raising my own 2 fur babies ( 2 kitties now), I’ve helped take care of others’ pets from large Dobermans to small kittens. I also volunteer at a local animal shelter primarily walking and socializing with the big dogs. I lost my senior cat Meemow and senior dog Harley this year (both 15). As my title states, I’m an RN and am very comfortable with giving medications to fur babies (as I do with humans) as well as taking care of any illness issues within reason (wound care/ monitoring / accidents). When it comes to senior care of animals, I understand the need for them to get extra special love and attention, and medication to keep them as happy and healthy as possible. I believe in making pets as comfortable as possible and letting them know that I’m there to help and give love (if they want). When it comes to dog walking, I’m really vigilant about our surroundings and making sure that dogs get a good safe walk. I definitely gravitate towards animals over humans haha. I work part-time out of town, and so I have a lot of time spent at home with my own animals. I want to spend my time I have to help others too (hence also my volunteering at the animal shelter right now to). I prefer to spend time with pets as much as allowed in their home while also following routines previously set for them. Whether it’s playing out in the back yard, or just hanging out together on the couch or floor and relaxing, I like the pet to know that I’m there and not alone. If crating is necessary or part of the dogs routine, I can do that too.

About: I care for pets individual needs like they were my own family member. I have extensive experience caring for animals of varying age, species, breed, temperament, and condition. This includes animals needing oral medication, extra walks/bathroom breaks, lots of attention, and more. I have worked in both veteirnary medicine and animal shelter work. Combined with my undergrad degree in Pre Veterinary medicine I've seen it all and am exicted to give your pet the specialized care they need! Some of my experiences include: (1) Two years in Animal Shelter work. (2) Two years working as a Veterinary Technician at a Veterinary Hospital. (3) Experience working in pet retail and knowledge about pet nutrition, food sensitivities, and supplements. (4) One summer at an aquarium working with aquatic animals. (5) Bachelors Degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine (6) Two years walking a reactive dog 5 days a week. (7) Extensive experience caring for elderly, reactive, young/energetic, medicated, and timid pets. 8) Lots of cat experience as well! I am patient when introducing myself to a new animal and look forward to providing top- quality care to your furry family members while you are away or for a daily walk. I understand the need to ensure pet needs are injected into your human routine. I evaluate the needs of each pet client and plan my work and personal obligations around their needs. Most of the time the only responsibility I have outside of your furry friend is to briefly check in on my cats. When house sitting, I will stay at the clients home with their pet. I operate on their routine based on your instructions. I always take care to straighten after myself and follow any house rules. I am also happy to check the mail and take out trash/ other household needs during longer stays.
