Pawesome Pet Minder
I have been a pet owner for 20+ years, although haven’t owned a cat since 2012 due to a family member’s allergy. I provided cat-sitting for my neighbors as a teenager, and have cared for other people’s dogs in my home when they are on vacation. I have a sincere love for animals, and pets in particular as I love to play with and pamper them. I have two dogs, ages 9 and 10, and have raised one since puppyhood. I have experience with anxious dogs who require a confident, consistent, firm approach in order to minimize problem behaviors.

I have a fenced-in back and side yard area with plenty of room for dogs to roam and play, although I don’t leave my dogs outside alone when I’m not home. They are allowed in most rooms of the house, on the couch and on some beds. I am familiar with crate training, although only one of my dogs currently uses a crate. I have doggy beds and lots of comfy areas for them to rest, doggy toys, and fresh water available to them at all times. I love providing pets with a comfortable, engaging environment so they can focus on being precious and living their best lives.

Meeko bonded really well with Shannon right off the bat & she was really proactive with communication (images, updates, etc). Shannon even took the time to come meet him before the first walk. I was super-impressed & will absolutely be returning - thank you! :)

Responsive and took good pictures even when our cat was under the bed most of the time.
Shannon was wonderful! Extremely communicative and timely. My cat is very social and so I need someone to spend time and play with him when I go away. Shannon was great, Theodore loved her, and I look forward to booking her in the future!

Schedule
Currently, my schedule is very flexible and I am available mornings, afternoons, and evenings, with the exception of Monday and Wednesday afternoons. My kids are older and don’t need me to manage their daily routines as closely as they once did. I usually take my dogs to the beach, park, or forest to run off leash, although I have a lot of experience with leash walking as well.
