About: I have the most experience with various dog breeds young and old. More recently I have grown to also love and care for cats. Most of my full time experience has been with my personal dogs. Zoe, an Australian Shepard, was a shining light in my life for 14 years. Prior to Zoe I had Max, a sweet and gentle Rottweiler I was with for 6 years. For the past 4 years I've been spending a lot of time caring for the beloved pets and homes of my friends and family. I'm a retired teacher so my schedule is pretty flexible. I do some regular volunteer work with cancer patients a few hours each week. I walk or hike daily and a furry companion would be welcome. It's one of the main reasons I signed up for Rover! I am also now on Trusted Housesitters and have experience caring for pets in client's homes. I could have a pet in my home for short visits. I live near a lovely wooded trail that dogs LOVE.

About: I’ve been around cats my entire life and currently have two cats of my own, so I’m very comfortable with all kinds of feline personalities and needs. I love spending time with cats, whether that means playing, giving them attention and affection, or simply keeping them company :) I also have experience walking and pet-sitting dogs of different ages and personalities. I volunteer with Peace of Mind Dog Rescue, which has given me even more experience interacting with dogs. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away! I work from home so have a flexible schedule to check in on your cat(s) or dog(s) and take your furry friends for a walk! I am very active and love to be outside, so would love to get some fresh air with your pet. About: I grew up with animals and took on many responsibilities for taking care of them such as routinely feeding and walking the dog, feeding the cats and cleaning out their litter box, giving them medicine, and keeping them calm during drives to the vet… you name it. I have also pet sat for family friends where they relied on me to take care of their cats (feeding and playing with kittens, keeping their areas clean, etc…) I have a flexible schedule, so I have plenty of time to take care of your cats/dogs! I am available all throughout the week. I will take the time to make sure your pets are well-fed, exercised, looked after and whatever I can to take care of their well-being! I have a fenced yard with lots of room for pups to play and an easy going Australian shepherd to keep your dog company! I also have a fondness for cats and would love to get to look after a feline friend! I understand some cats want their space and others are more social, all are loved by me! I will make sure all pets are taken care of like they are my own, and that of course involves making sure they have adequate food and water per the owners instructions and plenty of attention!
About: I have had animals my entire life from dogs to cats to birds and many more taking care of animals makes me happy and i enjoy it very much I’m currently working part-time in the mornings so afternoon works great for me but on my days off I’m open all day I have owned big dogs and small dogs and know my strength so animals running off of a leash will be no problem with me

About: Always had a love of animals cats and dogs. Pets are all lovable in their own fun and unique ways. I would one, guarantee your pet friends are looked after with the most care and attention and two keep, in close contact with you providing updates and photos throughout 🐕🦺🐈⬛🐾 On the weekends I’m the most flexible both during the day and night. Weekdays I’d be available 4pm and after for walks, drop ins or stays. I can’t provide lodging at the moment but regarding drop in or stays I’d treat anyone and anyone’s home as I would friends and family.
About: I’ve sat for friends and family through out the years. I’ve also taken care of my own animals for years and have become more attentive throughout the years of getting older and being in charge of 2 dogs and 2 cats at one point. I’m used to being around rescue animals with anxieties as all of my animals have been rescued. I would love to care for your pets and treat them as one of my family members and best friend. I am currently a hostess part-time and have a pretty open schedule. I would love to have dog walks and hanging out with dogs and cats be part of my daily routine again. Since living in an apartment I had to leave my childhood dog at home with my mom. I’m used to giving medicating in food and treats as well as through syringes in the mouth. About: Ive been around animals all my life. Growing up we were huge dog and cat people. I still volunteer regularly at the SPCA where I spend a lot of my free time. I work full time but am available in the early mornings and evenings. I am open all weekend, I can always adjust if need be. My job is pretty flexible. I am very thorough at reading instructions, it's all in the details. I do have a fenced in yard and am willing to go out of my way for whatever you need. I'm not worried about getting my hands dirty.

“I loved Andrea taking care of my cat Billy and the odd menagerie of feral cats that live at my home. She did an outstanding job. She follow the instructions carefully and was able to follow them and feed all the cats and take good care of Billy and the others. She stayed and played with Billy, which he loved. She maintained the litter robot, which is sometimes a challenge. She kept everything clean and took care of them the day I came home so I didn’t have to worry about them. I highly recommend Andrea, she is very conscientious and pays attention to detail and send pics and is really aware of how special our babies are to us and she is very good with cats. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
