About: Having cared for many dogs, cats and farm animals of my own and for others, I offer responsible canine care to pets and owners in Carmel. I have trained and cared for dogs and horses throughout the years. I am easygoing, yet direct in my approach to care and comfort the animals I have and host. During the week, I work part-time from home, and I am active throughout the day. I typically take morning, midday, and evening walks with my dog(s) and allow them to have free roam in the house and yard. I can offer flexibility to meet your pet's needs at my home or in yours. My home is pet-friendly, accommodating, and safe. I also have a fully fenced yard with patio, grass areas, and gardens. I make sure that food, water, treats, and play things are available at all times for all pets. I also set areas for downtime, relaxation, and naps inside and outside the house, and provide regular interaction and amusement throughout the day.

Her patio access off the living room was easy for Junior to recognize where to go "potty" and he enjoyed exploring this private outdoor area. She is experienced with dogs and special care. “Wow, I am beyond happy that I found Marion to watch my dogs. She goes above and beyond. She takes very good care of them and sends pictures throughout their stay. She is also very easy to communicate with. She watched my dogs Sierra and Simba. Sierra is a 10 year old golden retriever, and Simba is a 16 year old Pekingese. Simba is blind and deaf. He is a very old dog. She did an incredible job with both dogs. She wiped and cleaned the eye boogers out of my elderly dog’s eyes and changed his diapers (he’s incontinent). She made sure the dogs got so much love and attention throughout the day. The dogs had free range of a fenced yard and were allowed up on the furniture. Sierra loves to hang out on furniture. I am so happy I came across Marion. The dogs were very well cared for. My heart is happy. I know exactly where to take them if I ever need a dog sitter. Thank you so much, Marion. -Kelsey”

If I could leave 10 stars, I would! Gino + Beans are the duo to love your pup like one of their own. I’m a new dog Mom to a 5 month old Pitty-mix, Rü. Gino took extra time out of his day to meet Rü and I before hand to calm my nerves, and for me to be there to introduce Rü to Beans (I felt like a mom sending their baby to camp for the first time 😂) Having Gino watch Rü felt like having a team mate; on board to implement Rü’s training, he followed my schedule/routine, and not only checked in with adorable photos but also checked in when he had minor concerns. This made me feel included and comforted, and not at all like I just dropped off my puppy with a stranger that I met on an app. Gino + Beans feel like family to me now, and I truly cannot sing their praises enough. Extra EXTRA stars for the cutest photo updates!
Ruthie had a great day with Kelly and her fur babies! Kelly is a sweet, compassionate and gentle person who we can tell loves all animals!! Ruthie was cared for and loved during her stay and slept exceptionally well when we brought her home. We think she was even a little bit lonely not having her fur buddies nearby. We will definitely book with Kelly again!!!!!!
