Responsible Monterey Dog sitter
I reside in Monterey and can care for your pooch at my residence. I reside in a condo near MPC. I also have a nice patio for your pooch to lounge on if they feel like it. I have a dog play area on property. I work from home and can give your dog the attention they need. I'm an active person that enjoys exercise. Your dog if active he/she will receive plenty of walks. Why I love dog sitting; I have had dogs since I was a young child. Growing up my family has had small, medium and two large breed dogs. In my early 20s while living on my own I lived in places where I could not keep a dog so I volunteered at the local SPCA as a dog walker/exerciser. In essence I have been a dog lover my entire life. My experience administering medication, I can give a dog an oral medication. I look forward to being of service!

It is always stressful for me to leave my girl Lupin with someone new for an extended period of time. Jesse was able to put my mind at ease. It was clear that he and his son Chris are dog lovers and would take the responsibility seriously. I was able to fully relax on vacation knowing that Lupin was in safe hands, and I was given updates and pictures regularly. On my way home, my flight was cancelled and I was not able to make it home to pick up Lupin until a full day later than planned. Jesse was very accommodating and kept her an extra day with very little notice. He assured me that she would be safe and taken care of, and to focus on getting home rather than having to stress about what to do with Lupin. I cannot recommend Jesse and Chris highly enough.

Jesse was incredibly kind and considerate, reassuring me that my puppy was okay through thoughtful messages and photos. He kindly allowed me to drop him off early. His loving care and genuine compassion for pets are truly heartfelt. I highly recommend him again.

Schedule
Good, I work from home most of the time. I can take a dog out for walk or potty breaks frequently. In fact I need walking breaks myself.

Your dog is allowed to freely roam or sleep in my room when I do. If your dog sleeps in a crate I'll continue with that routine.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks. I live nearby Monterey State beach and several good walking trails. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Your dog will sleep preferably on his/her bed which can be in my bedroom. Time I'll spend with your dog. I can perform a daily one hour walk or 30 minutes in the morning and evening.
