Natalie is an excellent and caring sitter. She is attentive, prompt, friendly and accommodating to our cat’s unique feeding needs. It was such a relief to meet someone as professional as Natalie, trusting her with everything we hold dear. Our cat is aging into some senility challenges but Natalie was so sweet with him, spending time hanging out, making sure he ate his food, and cool with our menu, etc. Bonus points for being a really cool person with a fun personality.
Natalie did a great job caring for our cat, Bob. She had no problem administering medication and spending quality time with him. It’s very comforting to see pictures reassuring us that he is happy and cared for while we are away.
Natalie is always super reliable and provides great care and attention to my cats when I am away.
Natalie was wonderful from the moment I inquired about her availability. I had a last-minute request, and she kindly accommodated my needs. My cat had just been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, and I was very worried about leaving her with a sitter, but I couldn't easily cancel my trip. Natalie was a blessing; she didn't mind giving my cat her medication twice a day, sent me detailed updates, and answered all my questions promptly. I'd definitely book her again. Highly recommend!
Natalie was great taking care of our dog. There were frequent updates and photos which I appreciated. We came back to a calm dog and tidy home. I will definitely be booking with Natalie again.
I was very happy with Natalie‘s care of my cat, especially that she played with her!
