Natalie was very professional and reliable, and helped me feel at ease during my travels by providing helpful updates and photos of my cat. I appreciated that she also included photos of the freshly scooped litter box, and my cat eating. We have a confusing mailbox situation here and unlike previous sitters who took in packages that weren't for me without asking, she checked in to make sure she did it right! My cat warmed up well to Natalie, and I would totally hire her again.
