I’ve loved animals all my life. I grew up with cats and have had dogs throughout my adult life, and after 25+ years of caring for pets, I can honestly say that being around animals is where I’m happiest. I’m a self-proclaimed animal whisperer—and I absolutely love getting to know each pet’s unique personality, quirks, and routines. I have experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, including senior and special-needs pets. I’ve cared for blind and diabetic cats, elderly dogs, and pets who require extra patience, attention, or medication. I’m comfortable administering both oral and injectable medications and am happy to follow detailed feeding, exercise, medication, and care instructions. My goal is always to make your pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. I provide plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and companionship, along with regular photo and message updates so you can relax knowing your fur babies are doing well. I also understand that when you invite someone into your home, you’re trusting them with more than just your pets. I treat your home with the same care and respect I give your animals. I’m naturally tidy and take pride in leaving things clean and cared for. My clients have specifically mentioned that their homes were treated with great respect and were clean and tidy when they returned.

Safety, trust & environment
When meeting a new pet, I would like to meet them with their owner around the first time so they don't think I am an intruder (especially with dogs). After the first meeting I feel they will know who I am and be more comfortable with me without their people around.

We are beyond happy with Megan. This was our first time leaving our dog at home. We were so worried about how he would be. Seems like he had the time of his life. In fact, we think he even misses her. She sent pictures everyday. Meant so much to us to see him happy. Also, the house was immaculate when we got home. We will DEFINITELY use her again and highly recommend her
Megan was wonderful with my toy poodle. She took him for walks, made sure he was safe, and was attentive to him and me too! I highly recommend Megan.
It was the first time we used a sitter for Sophie. Sophie has severe seperation anxiety. Sophie was immediately interested in Megan and Megan did a great job connecting with Sophie. We recommend Megan.
Megan took great care of our old girl. We received regular updates and Stella was in great spirits upon our return. She's also was very tidy and the house was obviously treated with great respect which we also really appreciate.
Megan was wonderful with our little Shih Tzu. I’ve never used Rover before or left our fur baby with anyone we didn’t know. We were staying in Carmel and needed someone for 24 hours. Megan kept us informed, sent plenty of photos and our dog really seemed to like her. I’d recommend Megan to anyone who needs their pets watched. She was extremely lovely and caring.

Schedule
This is all I do and I love it! When house sitting I will be at your home full time, giving your pet the utmost care and attention!
