I currently separated from my kitty due to not having a pet friendly home so I would love to spend some time with your pets in your home! I can provide evening dog walking, and stay overnights. I have an early morning job but am usually available after 3pm and also available on my off days all day long! I have been caring for different animals for over 15 years including cats, dogs, hedgehogs, hamsters, and lizards. About: I’ve been an animal lover my whole life. I’ve worked years in shelters and have 5 years experience in veterinary clinics, so in addition to my own curiosity and knowledge about dogs/cats, I have learned a lot in this time. I’ve walked/taken care of many friends’ and family’s pets before, and am very familiar with chronic medication as well as knowing how to respond to potential emergency situations. I am great at reading animal behaviour and assessing their needs to maintain comfort and happiness. I am a mature, kind, and responsible individual who has been trusted time and time again with other peoples’ furbabies. I love to share my affection with other animals and make them feel comfortable. I largely work from home full time, but the rare day I am away in the field for work. Time from home is variable depending on the task, and can range from 2-10 hrs. Otherwise, I am doing office work at home and with my two furbabies all day! In my home, my two are given free rein over the house, although they mostly just sleep during the day. They are fed 3 times per day, at specific times, and Murphy gets a walk a day at minimum. In a client’s home, I would adjust to their needs and routine as per their owner’s requests!

About: I’ve been a dog and cat sitter since high school, first sitting for family and friends and now doing it as a side job as well as while travelling. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, and cats of all temperaments. Really great experience. Angela and Gabriel were wonderful with our 1.5-year-old dog, Jarvis! He is incredibly affectionate and full of energy, and they did an amazing job handling his excitement while making him feel comfortable and cared for. This review is for the series of 'get-to-know-you' drop-ins Gwynn and I scheduled before I was away for a week that they helped with. My pup is very barky right now and it can be intimidating for some people, but Gwynn and I managed to move through this phase with intention and ease. My little Luga quickly warmed to Gwynn, and after only a couple of brief visits together Luga quickly learned that it is in fact a very HAPPY occasion to see Gwynn ;) This phase of the relationship-building between Gwynn and Luga was a bit anxiety-inducing for me, but Gwynn is so professional and experienced and compassionate and in command of energies that everything went according to plan, and I could not be more grateful for it.
