“Kash has recently started walking my whippets. He is polite, reliable and always on time. It is obvious that Kash is passionate and cares about his role. I feel completely at ease knowing my dogs are walked by somebody so kind and caring. I would recommend Kash to anybody. Outstanding service”

“Holly was great. Our dog suffered from some anxiety when Holly tried to take her for a walk. Holly sat with her a settled her down she was very kind and caring through the whole time.”

About: I’ve loved pets since I was young, I now have my own Pyrenees / Samoyed ! I like to adventure in new areas and consistently keep active. Currently work full time, I’m new to town so most of my time is dedicated to exploring the areas and finding new places to hike! I have two dogs who live with me and my roommate who is also a Dog Trainer! They’re very adaptable to other dogs and love to zoom around
“Joseph is a natural with dogs and my pup very quickly knew that when she saw him, it was time for fun! Great communication and flexibility when things came up. Highly recommend!”

“Sarah's fantastic! My dog is very nervous and scared of strangers, but he was so excited to see her for his walks. She gave him lots of love and now he loves her. Thank you!”

“Thomas provided an excellent service. He was professional, on time, and Eidel felt comfortable with him right away. She came back from her walk happy and well attended to. I'd definitely recommend his services!”

About: I have raised 2 dogs of my own, ranging from puppy to senior, both of whom fell on the high-maintenance side of the spectrum whether that be health issues, separation anxiety, or behaviour issues. I have honed my dog-mom skills over the years to a point where I feel confident I could look after just about any four legged friend with care and attentiveness. I work from home most days and walking is one of my all time favourite pass-times, so a dog fits into my lifestyle seamlessly. I can provide any level of communication during my rover window -- whether that be frequent photos and check-ins or a more hands-off approach. I'm flexible around logistics and specific needs so let's chat :) I'm available for boarding any time (aside from 8am to 5pm on Tuesdays). I just need an internet connection. I will make sure to abide by perimeters around maximum time left alone on weekends. I take safety extremely seriously. I'll make sure to match whatever the safety climate your pet is accustomed to (e.g. not leave any food out that could be ninja-ed off the counters etc)
“20 on 10 — would recommend. Shirol is a lovely human being, incredibly responsible, and soooo patient. I really can’t rave about her enough. She has been regularly walking my dog, who is a rescue that is highly reactive with strangers. Shirol didn’t blink an eye, intuitively knowing how to position herself as both patient and alpha. I have total trust and peace of mind when Shirol is walking Zuma, as I transition back to working from an office. She has experience as a nurse and it shows, she is one of the kindest people ever and has an natural talent for communicating with humans and pups of all kinds. Thank you, Shirol!”

“Silvia and Andrea are angels. They walk our (very energetic and large) dog, Lamma, and take such amazing care of him. We are so much more comfortable being at work during the day. They consistently provide information, answer messages quickly, and are clearly kind hearted. We would confidently recommend Silvia and Andrea for anyone needing care for their animal!”

“We can’t say enough good things about our experience. Our dog is a rescue and can be a bit cautious, but you took the time to build trust and made her feel so comfortable. She gets the perfect mix of exercise, attention, and care. Truly exceptional and highly recommended!”

About: Since 2021, I babysat small to medium-size dogs for neighbours and friends. I love spending time grooming and playing with dogs and seeing their goofy personalities. I have experience administering medication orally. I am currently working from home 1-2 days a week and my weekends are flexible. I love taking walks in the neighbourhood so your dog will get ample exercise and play time. I spend time throughout the day playing with the dogs (or cats). Pets are also allowed in all rooms and to get on furnitures in my apartment.
“Julia is great! She has great communication and is a very positive and friendly person. It’s obvious that she is a natural with animals and that they are comfortable with her. My dog now knows that when Julia is around, fun is about to be had! Highly recommend!”

“Andie was great with our dog Carter! He has a lot of energy and can be high maintenance sometimes but she did so well with him! Always kept us informed on what they did. Would recommend her to anyone!”

“Paige dropped in and took our dog for a walk a couple of times and was great. She’s very attentive and communicative and I knew our dog was being looked after well. I would happily book her again.”

“Kaori was lovely!! Very communicative and flexible. Izzy had the best time going for walks with her, and she always provided a detailed summary with lots of photos. Will definitely rebook!”

About: I have been a dog owner and caretaker for over 10 years and there is nothing I love more than outdoor adventures with them. I have experience dog walking, sitting, and caring for senior dogs. I am highly passionate about animals and love meeting new dogs! I am currently working part-time and have lots of time for walks and sitting in the evenings, weekends and some weekdays. I have a vehicle which allows me to easily check on your pet and get from place-to-place efficiently. I make sure to tailor my care practices to each dog and dog-owners preferences. Above all, I lead with safety, respect and compassion for animals and owners alike. I make sure to send updates when needed and monitor the animals in my care for their mood, energy levels and body language on walks and at home.

My first time using Rover, Carolyn W. is our dog walker. She made me feel at ease from the first moment I met her. Carolyn is definitely a lover of animals, I got that right away. She takes care of your pets like they were her own. Always goes above and beyond while your pet is in her care. I can't thank Carolyn enough for the companionship, and level of care she provides for each and every walk!
We can’t say enough good things about our experience. Our dog is a rescue and can be a bit cautious, but you took the time to build trust and made her feel so comfortable. She gets the perfect mix of exercise, attention, and care. Truly exceptional and highly recommended!

Was super responsive when booking. I really appreciated how she was able to do a last minute walk booking. My dog can be very reserved with strangers to a fault and it seems she warmed right up to her despite their first meeting not even having us there! She took extra care to get introduced and I can tell by the photos my doggo had a good time. Thanks again!
