About: I have always wanted to look after animals since I was a kid. My husband and I fostered rescue dogs in Alberta to help get adopted. I have also cared for a variety of small caged animals over the years. As your house sitter, I will be present in your home for the entire duration of the stay. This is great if your pup does not like to be left alone. I am able to administer simple medications if needed. I am also able to care for small caged animals in my own home and we can discuss this arrangement if you are needing this service. House/pet sitting is my priority. When you hire me, I will not need to leave your residence for other employment. This is great if your pup does not like to be left alone. I will care for your pets following the daily routine that you have already established for them. If the pets are used to a morning walk then I will take them on a morning walk if that is preferred. If your pets are happy to simply play in their yard while you are away I would be happy to do that as well. I usually like to arrange a short meet and greet prior to the first overnight stay to familiarize myself with your pets and their home.

About: I've been taking care of animals since I was 12. Growing up we had cats and dogs and it was my job in the family to walk our family's dogs. I've cared for puppies (including providing puppy training) and senior dogs. I'm happy to go for multi kilometer hikes, throw frisbees/balls in a field, or just cuddle on the couch. I also have experience looking after dogs with a variety of health issues and looking after their special needs (blindness, special diets etc). I currently work from home 4 out of the 5 days and my schedule is 8-4:30. During lunch or after work I am available to go for walks or check in as needed. On the weekends I have even more freedom for longer walks/hikes and time together. I do have 3 children (aged 5-13) every other week so the dog would have to be kid friendly for those weeks. My kiddos have been raised with dogs and would be extra friends for them to play with! I will care for the pets like they are my own. I currently have a senior pug named Hank and he spends most of his days sleeping so it would be great for him to meet new friends as well. Our daily routine would likely include letting them outside, feeding, going for walks/playing with dog toys, snuggling and unless the pet is crate trained, I would likely make them a bed for nighttime.

About: Always had animals growing up, dogs and cats. I have two dogs and understand how busy life can be so let me help if I can! I am a part time nurse working with people with physical and intellectual disabilities. Looking to help others with busy lives manage their pets needs. About: I have been caring for animals in general since I was 10 years old. I love petting them and taking care of them. I also love teaching them different ways to respond to calls and, above all, taking care of them as if they were another member of the family. I’m currently working Monday to Friday until 4PM, so I can be available after this and the whole weekend also. Just let me know when and I’ll be there. About: I treat all animals like they are my own which includes buying them treats and toys during long term stays or consistent drop in visits. I've been taking care of pets since I was 7 years old. I love getting to know animals personalities and building a special bond with them. I am used to giving pets medicine via pills and oral syringes. It's important to me that all pets get their exercise and are reinforced for positive behaviour. My partner Joshua often helps me with pet sitting when approved by the owners :) My schedule is extremely flexible! I often teach online or in person for 3 hours. My Partner Joshua has been helping me pet sit for over two years. The rest of my work can be done remotely which gives me a lot of extra time throughout the day to walk and play with your pets.
