About: I grew up dog-sitting for families in my neighborhood and have been around dogs my entire life. Caring for dogs has always been a big part of my life, and I love spending time with dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I understand the importance of providing a safe, loving, and reliable environment, and I’ll treat your dog with the same care and attention I would give my own. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. As a student, I have a flexible schedule and am available Monday through Thursday throughout the summer. I work part-time at a restaurant from Thursday to Sunday, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to caring for pets during the week. I’m happy to provide walks, playtime, companionship, and consistent care to fit your pet’s needs. As I live in an apartment I’m unable to have dogs in my building, but I would be more than happy to come to your home whether it be for a dog walk or dog sitting!

About: The most important part of understanding an animal is reading their body language and observing their behavior. They tell us very clearly what they're feeling/needing. Once they feel understood, safe and sense the loving vibe, everything is calm. I have been an animal lover all my life, with both cats and dogs in my home. I have a very friendly, playful 2 year old mixed-breed dog who gets along with every dog he's ever met. He's gentle with the little ones and seniors and adores finding a dog friend with similar energy to wrestle and run with. If your dog is social, mine will make yours feel right at home. I do not have a fixed schedule, so I am flexible and have time to watch and ensure that everyone is happy and getting along. I have a large fenced yard and am close to several good trails and beaches. Every day will be filled with a fun dog adventure.

About: I am my friends’ go to dog sitter and have done overnight sitting with multiple doggos! I’ve never owned a dog but have been in a cat household my whole life. I like to hangout at home (or your home) as well as go on dog friendly adventures such as hikes and would love to spend some time with your dog(s)! Very much interested in travelling out of town to sit so please don’t hesitate to reach out! I work Monday to Friday with the ability to work from home most of the time! I am also very open to weekend roadtrips to your place. I like routine myself so incorporating your pet(s) into mine isn’t very hard! I’m great at following instructions and understand the importance of your pet(s) sticking to their routine(s), especially if they’re stressed because you’re gone! I pay attention to feeding, walking, etc. without missing a step and am always open to a cuddle if that’s something your pet is interested in!

About: Grew up with three very stubborn terriers that required lots of structure and enrichment. Helped my family take care of them through all ages, from puppy to senior, including special caare such as medications I generally am able to work remotely with internet access as I am a graduatae student at UVIC. I have to be on campus Thursday & Friday 8-4 but I am able to return home to take for walks or bring to campus if pets are comfortable with that. I strive to provide the best environment for your pet and will do everything possible to ensure their comfort. I am unable to take pets into my own home, but I can provide outdoor time or make their own space as familiar as possible.

About: I've cared for many pets growing up. My cat, Cinnamon, has been with me for about 6 years now, and I very frequently care for my family's dog on and off for about 2-3 years. I'm currently studying full-time so I'm almost completely unavailable during the weekdays, but on weekends I'm super free to care for and love your fur-babies! I have a fenced yard with a good amount of grass, and my cat is either only in the upstairs of my house or adventuring outdoors! When checking up I'm totally understandable to leave pets to themselves (my cat is not the biggest cuddlebug) or give any attention they might want! (my family dog is an absolute velcro dog)

About: I adore all dogs and cats like they were my own. I have been told I have a special energy and bond with animals by many different people. I've lived with and cared for numerous animals over the years, unfortunately not having any of my own at the moment :( I have experience and comfortability with many various breeds, animal needs, disabilities, temperaments and personalities. I am an outdoor saavy, active individual with my own SUV that is dog friendly. Given proper permission and assurance I can take your pup on a fun adventure, or to meet other dogs. Caring for pets also gives me the perfect reason to spend more time outdoors! I live in an apartment, but the complex has lots of open yard space for play and exercise. My favorite way to spend time with dogs is going on walks and hikes, and I’m happy to drive to nearby trails to make sure they get the activity they need. I’m very responsible and always follow any routines, rules, or training you have in place for your pet so they feel comfortable and secure. At home, pets get plenty of attention, playtime, and snuggles, and I make sure they’re never left alone for long.
