I follow owner’s instructions closely and keep pets’ routines consistent. In clients’ homes, I respect house rules, keep doors and gates secured, and ensure food, water, and litter/walk schedules are maintained. I monitor pets for stress or health changes and communicate promptly if anything seems off. Safety and calm, familiar environments are my priority :)

Ein typischer Tag
A typical day is built around the pet’s usual routine: feeding, walks or playtime, bathroom breaks, and quiet relaxation time. For dogs, I adjust walks and play to their energy level, and for cats playtime involves familiar and perhaps improvised toys to stimulate their interests.

Hello fellow pet parent! I’ve cared for my cat Fay for 7 years and have done pet-sitting for friends since moving to Victoria in 2023. I also grew up with a wide range of household pets and have cared for them from a young age. As a cat dad, I value detailed instructions to make sure your pet is well cared for. I’m an avid hiker who enjoys long dog walks, rain or shine, and I have experience with anxious dogs and pets that need a gentler touch.

Skyler takes meticulous care of pets in his charge by adhering to their schedules, routines and needs as closely as you would yourself. My dog Rosie loves to see him coming, and i always know shes in good hands. I would absolutely recommend Skyler as a sitter and trust his services implicitly.
