About: I have at least 10 years of experience with dogs, I have had all kinds of animals growing up and currently have one dog. I have dog walked, dog sat, and watched overnight for my family, friends, as well as friends of friends and family friends. I get along very well with most animals and love to be around them. I know their needs and what they can and cannot have. I am currently working full time, so I can do weekends and sometimes weekdays, mostly at anytime but we will always have a chat before hand. Also if you are needing/wanting a day that’s not on my availability just send me a message and I can double check my schedule and see if I can make time for you I cannot have pets over at my home due to my own pet but I am more then happy to look after your pets at your home and I can take care of any needs that your pet requires

With multiple cooling stations and AC to keep everyone comfortable, your fur baby will feel right at home — even welcome to snuggle up and sleep beside me! So I have 4 days out of the week that is centred around animals. I have my own dog that I take for daily walks and training sessions so your fur babies will get lots of play time and exercise. About: I have spent most of my childhood into early 20s rescuing dogs and either rehoming or keeping them for their full life span. I can care for your dog like they are my own! I love getting outside any chance I can get and typically work my regular job in the evenings so this provides a great morning routine for dogs whos owners typically work early mornings and through the day. I care for pets by using positive reinforcement when learning new skills and providing lots of attention and time outside so they do not develop bad behaviours in the home or in public.

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover who grew up with family dogs and cats and, until recently, shared my life with two incredible dogs of my own. I was a Rover client for years and always appreciated the peace of mind it brought me. I am now adjusting to the strange transition of not having dogs at home, I’m excited to give back and spend time with pups again. We live in a house with a fenced yard and a dog door that can be blocked or open. I love being outside and going for walks, and I especially enjoy building trust through positive reinforcement and trick training. I’m most comfortable with small to medium-sized dogs, particularly those who walk well on leash. I’m also a nurse, which gives me a strong comfort level with administering medications , whether it’s an easy pill pocket or a more challenging situation. I’ve had experience giving medications to both cooperative and more anxious dogs, and I always approach it with patience and gentleness. About: I have been an animal "mom" for more than 20 years. I started off with training and care of horses and ponies, which turned into my profession for a few years. During that time my first dog came into my life (she sadly passed this year after over 14 years of adventures). Ever since, I have been caring for dogs and horses and have an extensive amount of experience. It is most important to me that the animals feel safe and happy when with me. I am very skilled at training dogs with positive reinforcement techniques. I am happy to tailor my services to your needs and preferences. I am a grad student and I work from home most days of the week. Thus when I take clients on, I can give them 100% of my attention and care. Unless specifically discussed, I will not leave you pet alone at my home. I love taking the dogs on structured walks with basic positive reinforcement, and alternate that with play time in which your pets can express themselves freely. Our apartment is right on the dyke, with lovely opportunity to explore around the river and the beaches. I often drive to other parks and trails, so your pet gets every need met.

I’m Lyndsey, and I’d love to care for your pup like one of my own 🐾 I grew up with Labs and Retrievers and have experience caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities-from teacup Shorkies to pit bulls. Since moving to the Island in 2018, l've regularly dog-sat for friends and family, including pups who are anxious or reactive. This last winter I began offering my services to the general public. I work part time as an event paramedic. I'm looking to fill my free weeks assisting your busy schedule. I have a few appointments every week that require me to be out of the house for 1-3 hours. I live in a one bedroom suite with a shared fenced yard. I can only host one small dog in my home but comfortable house sitting for up to three dogs (and additional cats). While house sitting, pets are allowed in the bedroom/on bed if required. Will tailor care following your instructions.
