Compassionate Animal Lover
Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve cared for and raised animals of all kinds, from puppies and rescue dogs to farm animals and small pets. My own rescue dog, Indigo, taught me so much about patience, compassion, and attentive care as I supported her through both IVDD and cancer. Through that experience, I became very comfortable with medication routines, mobility support, changing needs, and providing calm, loving care through every stage of an animal’s life. I’ve also raised puppies and lived on a farm where I regularly cared for large farm dogs and cats. Over the years, I’ve had experience caring for many different animals, including parrots, snakes, hamsters, fish, rabbits, and other small pets. I genuinely love getting to know each animal’s unique personality and needs, and I always strive to make them feel safe, understood, and cared for while their owners are away.

I live in a detached home with a fully fenced backyard and no other animals in the home, creating a calm and safe environment for your pet. I take animal care very seriously and have always treated every pet - whether my own or someone else’s - with patience, attentiveness, and genuine love. I cared for my sweet dog Indigo through both IVDD and cancer, which gave me firsthand experience supporting animals with medical needs, mobility limitations, medication routines, and changing comfort levels. That experience taught me that every animal is unique, and I’m happy to adapt to their individual routines, personalities, and care needs to help them feel safe and comfortable.

I can't recommend Anna highly enough as a pet caregiver! She has looked after my dog, Cali, on numerous occasions, and every time I leave Cali with her, I know she's in the best hands. Anna has a natural love for dogs that shines through in everything she does. She is kind, patient, affectionate, and incredibly attentive to their needs. Cali absolutely adores her and gets excited every time she sees her. Anna always makes sure Cali gets plenty of exercise, whether it's a walk, an adventure on the trails, or just active playtime. As a busy professional, it's such a relief knowing that Cali is getting the physical activity and attention she needs when I can't be there myself. Beyond that, Anna goes out of her way to make dogs feel loved and comfortable. There are always treats, cuddles, and lots of positive attention. Cali always comes home happy, relaxed, and with her energy well spent. If you're looking for someone who will care for your dog as if they were her own, Anna is exactly that person. Any dog would be lucky to spend time with her! :)
Anna is a huge animal lover, who you can trust. Anna has cared for my cat countless times. She always provides such great care, going above and beyond to make them feel safe and loved. Anna has given amazing care to her own fur babies as well, even with health or mobility challenges, your animal will be in great care with Anna.
Anna is the sweetest person I know. She has owned animals including dogs and treated them as a true member of the family. She is incredibly responsible, detail oriented, and loving. She has watched my dog many times and I trust her completely. Any doggie would be lucky to stay with her!

Schedule
I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets lots of attention, consistency, and care throughout the day. I’m also a very active person and usually spend hours outside walking every day, so I’d genuinely love some furry companionship along the way - whether your dog prefers long adventures, slower sniff walks, or lots of playtime and attention.
