About: I’ve always loved dogs, but between working full-time, travelling , and raising a family, owning one felt like a big commitment. So instead, I became the go-to dog walker for my neighbours! I also spent 10 months pet sitting for a friend while they travelled throughout Europe, and after that experience, I finally got my own dog! I’ve had pets my whole life and currently share my home with two cats and one friendly dog along with my husband and son. Now that my son is 19, I have more flexibility and would love to help other families by providing reliable, caring pet care. Whether your pet needs a walk, a drop-in visit, or companionship while you’re away, I’ll care for them as if they were my own. I understand how important it is to trust the person looking after your furry family member, and I’m happy to tailor my care to your pet’s routine and personality. Feel free to reach out—I’d be happy to answer any questions and see if we’re a good fit! I work full time and am available evenings and weekends to care for your pets. I have some flexibility with my job and am able to make arrangements to fit what you may want for your pets. I am happy to come to your home to walk, feed, play and/or stay with your pets. I enjoy hiking too so if your dog would prefer that, I am able to take them on some of our lovely hiking trails.

About: I’ve been a dog lover my whole life. Back in Brazil, I had dogs growing up, and for the past two years I’ve been the proud mom of Amelie, a Chihuahua and Pomeranian mix with the sweetest personality! Being around dogs brings me peace and joy. I love understanding their unique personalities, taking them on walks, watching them play, and just being present with them. I’ve also been the go-to pet sitter for friends whenever they travel, and over time I realized I had a real skill for it, that’s what inspired me to turn this into something more. I’m calm, patient, and very attentive to each dog’s needs. I’m also comfortable giving oral medication if needed. Your pet’s happiness and safety are my priorities! Pet care fits really well into my routine! I work part-time as a caregiver. Caring for others has always been part of my life, as I’m also a trained esthetician. My shifts are overnight, which gives me plenty of time during the day to care for pets, go on walks, and be fully present with them. My husband and I do this together, we both love animals and share the responsibility. On the nights I’m working, he stays with the pets, making sure they’re safe and comfortable. It’s a team effort, and we truly enjoy it! I live in an apartment, so I only host one dog at a time (plus my own sweet dog, Amelie). That way, I can give each pet the attention they deserve and ensure a calm, safe environment. I accept small to medium-sized dogs only, as I don’t have a backyard and want to make sure they feel comfortable indoors. We go on regular walks and have a peaceful routine at home. Your pet will be treated like family and always under loving supervision!

About: We have been lifelong dog and cat lovers and currently have a very friendly tuxedo cat named Severus. We can't wait to host your furry loved ones in our home or in yours! We have looked after over 40 dogs and cats and our reviews speak for themselves! Lauren has had many beloved family cats and Ramesh is a cat and dog-lover who can often be seen crossing the street just to request a pet. We are looking to add furry friends to our lives and have lots of love to give. Your dog or cat will be treated like family under our care. We will take your dog out for bathroom breaks as needed and feed them according to their feeding schedule with food you provide. We are both active and will ensure your dog gets the physical activity it desires! We will communicate with you throughout and will share as many updates and photos as you desire. We are happy to meet in advance to ensure we're the right fit to look after your pet as we take the care of your pet seriously. We are conscientious young professionals who have excellent communication and organization skills, so we will ensure your experience is hassle-free! Lauren is wrapping up her PhD program at the University of Victoria and is also a sessional instructor at the university. We both are quite flexible with commitments and are quite easily able to take your dog out for walks and potty breaks throughout the day. We both are very active and pet care fits right into our schedules. We live in a house with a fenced yard to the side and an unfenced yard out front plus a number of parks nearby. Our home is spacious and yours will get all of our love and attention! We have a very friendly cat named Severus. He is an adventurous boy and loves making friends. We have a food and water dish but we will rely on you to provide pet food and treats. We won't provide any food that isn't yours to ensure that there is no risk to your pet. We also ask that you bring any favourite toys or other items your furry friend requires to keep them comfortable during their stay :)

About: I have been pet sitting and dog walking for many years, I have experience with all pets. I have worked with all different sizes and breeds, I have also worked with different temperaments. I’ve dealt with shy and timid dogs, to aggressively not good with other animals or humans, and of course loving and super friendly dogs. Pets are my passion and I only have what’s best interest for them :) I have tons of references if wanted, I am super flexible and just happy to help with your furry family members. I am happy to just drop by and give a snuggle or out for a bathroom break, and I am also happy to stay at your home for as long as you need. About: As an interior designer, I spend my days creating spaces that feel calm, comfortable, and welcoming, and I’ve always taken the same thoughtful approach with the animals I spend time with. I’ve loved animals my whole life, and spending time with them has always brought me a genuine sense of happiness. Over the years, I’ve volunteered at animal shelters and veterinary clinics, as well as cared for dogs and cats for family, friends, and through referrals. I love getting outside for walks and hikes, and there’s nothing better than having a four-legged companion along for the adventure. Whether your dog loves to explore or prefers a slower pace, I’ll take the time to get to know their personality and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and well looked after while you’re away. I have experience caring for pets of all ages, from playful puppies and kittens to senior pets who may need a little extra patience and attention. About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve cared for and raised animals of all kinds, from puppies and rescue dogs to farm animals and small pets. My own rescue dog, Indigo, taught me so much about patience, compassion, and attentive care as I supported her through both IVDD and cancer. Through that experience, I became very comfortable with medication routines, mobility support, changing needs, and providing calm, loving care through every stage of an animal’s life. I’ve also raised puppies and lived on a farm where I regularly cared for large farm dogs and cats. Over the years, I’ve had experience caring for many different animals, including parrots, snakes, hamsters, fish, rabbits, and other small pets. I genuinely love getting to know each animal’s unique personality and needs, and I always strive to make them feel safe, understood, and cared for while their owners are away. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets lots of attention, consistency, and care throughout the day. I’m also a very active person and usually spend hours outside walking every day, so I’d genuinely love some furry companionship along the way - whether your dog prefers long adventures, slower sniff walks, or lots of playtime and attention. I live in a detached home with a fully fenced backyard and no other animals in the home, creating a calm and safe environment for your pet. I take animal care very seriously and have always treated every pet - whether my own or someone else’s - with patience, attentiveness, and genuine love. I cared for my sweet dog Indigo through both IVDD and cancer, which gave me firsthand experience supporting animals with medical needs, mobility limitations, medication routines, and changing comfort levels. That experience taught me that every animal is unique, and I’m happy to adapt to their individual routines, personalities, and care needs to help them feel safe and comfortable.

About: I have been caring for animals in general since I was 10 years old. I love petting them and taking care of them. I also love teaching them different ways to respond to calls and, above all, taking care of them as if they were another member of the family. I’m working Monday to Friday 7-4PM, so I’d be available after this day time during week & full weekend. About: I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs and have spent years fostering and caring for rescues, which means I’m very comfortable with all kinds of personalities—from shy and anxious dogs to high-energy pups. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, and administering oral medication, and I’m confident helping dogs adjust to new environments at their own pace. I’ve also worked on leash training to make walks more enjoyable and stress-free. I truly love getting to know each dog’s little quirks and routines. My goal is always to make them feel safe, happy, and right at home while you’re away. I have a flexible summer schedule with only occasional classes, so I’m able to dedicate plenty of time to pet care. I always do my best to accommodate each dog’s needs and their owner’s schedule. Pet care is already part of my daily routine, including walks, outdoor time, and lots of attention. When caring for dogs in my home, they have access to a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time, as well as companionship from my two friendly dogs. I also have a nearby hiking trail, which is perfect for walks and added exercise. When caring for pets in their own home, I stick closely to their usual routine to help them feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for.

About: I’ve been around dogs and cats my whole life. I grew up with 3 indoor cats and caring for my grandparents German Shepherds. I fostered many dogs and cats with my roommates in University, and worked at a Veterinary Hospital for 2+ years. I’ve rescued a senior dog from the SPCA (who since passed) and now have a 3.5yr Rottweiler. My schedule is extremely flexible and I can make myself available at anytime needed to provide care for your pets. A typical day with my dog consists morning potty, breakfast, long walk, indoor mental play time, supper, outside potty and more play time. It’s not uncommon to go for off-leash walks in a park. Another activity we enjoy is mental enrichment - either a mind game with treats or frozen kong. I have a condo in Westhills. There are many parks and trails nearby. I also have a SUV I use to take the dogs on adventures to the beach, hikes, etc. As for care in your home; I like to maintain whatever schedule you have!

I’m an intuitive energy ( Reiki Master ) healer which allows me to connect and understand your dog’s needs at a deeper level. If your dog is nervous or afraid of new people and/ or surroundings, i’m able to calm them with a little energy treatment. I also have many years of teaching and practicing first aid under my belt, as well as 11years of caring for my first dog Charlie. Over all, I have a tremendous love and understanding of animals, which I believe makes me a great choice for caring for your beloved fur babies. I know how incredibly precious they are to you, and will ensure they are loved and cared for as if they were my own. I am writing a film, doing pack walks and running my energy healing business from home - which allows me a flexible schedule to give your animals the care they need. For overnight / daycare : we live in a coach house in Langford BC - a close drive to Royal Oak Beach. It’s such a beautiful, safe neighbourhood to explore and go for walks. Sooke Hills Wilderness Park is just 3mins away. Note there is a set of stairs leading up to my living space so for those dogs that can’t do stairs I might not be a good fit. I am available to sit at your home though if it’s easier. I’m currently working from home writing my film. My schedule is flexible, so I have plenty of time for play and walks. Your pet is always my first priority though and I will customize my days around their schedule and care. Dogs are always leashed and well cared for when out for walks. I don’t have a yard or anywhere they can escape from. Their safety will always be my first priority.

About: Hi! I’m a 22 year old who is very passionate about animals. I’ve had 3 dogs and 2 cats, and love so much to spend time with them, and would love to get to know your furry legged friends aswell! I’m working part time, and would love to spend my spare time with animals. I promise that as your pet sitter I will put your pets needs and well being ahead of anything else! I love dogs and cats, and have experience caring for larger breeds. Thank you very much ! Work from 3:30-8:30pm Monday - Thursday and Saturday mornings. Outside of those listed times where I am at work I am free to be with your pet. :) This is dependant on the animal I am taking care of. If it is a more energetic breed, I will be sure to take it on longer walks as many times as needed, and won’t leave them home alone for long periods of time if it can be avoided. For less energetic breeds i will try to gauge how much exersice/attention they need and give them the appropriate amount.

About: I’ve owned pets my entire life! I am patient and calm. I can trim cat nails like a pro:) I am looking for a companion until my cat eventually arrives in BC! I just moved from Ontario:) as of now I don’t have any pets in my home. I am currently a TTOC (supply teacher). I don’t have a full time position. I go in when I’m called in. I’m home mornings until 9am. I’m always home in the evenings after I work ! I have a 1 bedroom condo on the ground floor with a patio and garden. I am experienced with having a cat on a leash if needed to roam around the garden. I have lots of windows for the cat to look out :)

About: I have spent most of my childhood into early 20s rescuing dogs and either rehoming or keeping them for their full life span. I can care for your dog like they are my own! I love getting outside any chance I can get and typically work my regular job in the evenings so this provides a great morning routine for dogs whos owners typically work early mornings and through the day. I care for pets by using positive reinforcement when learning new skills and providing lots of attention and time outside so they do not develop bad behaviours in the home or in public.
