About: I am a huge animal lover and have assisted in the care of my family's two high-energy dogs for over half my life! I have also been trusted by family friends to provide care for their cats. I currently attend university three days a week, having classes end 2:30 at the latest. My courseload is light leaving me lots of time to spend with your pets. I will treat your pets and home as if they are my own. On top of providing care for your furry friends, I am happy to water plants and perform and other household tasks.

About: Lover of all animals. Throughout my life, I’ve owned and helped care for dogs, cats, fish, birds, rodents, and even reptiles! I grew up with dogs, have dog sat for family and friends throughout my teens, and have provided casual care for friends’ dogs in my adult life. Though I haven’t had the space for a dog of my own yet, I hope to adopt someday. In the meantime, I figured pet sitting would be the next best thing! As for cats, I have cared for my own the past 9 years. I love cats just as much as dogs while understanding the behavioural differences between the two. I live in the West Shore, but commute downtown a couple of times a week for work, allowing me flexibility for drop ins and walks whether you’re in the West Shore yourself or downtown. On the weekends, my availability is very flexible and I am typically able to provide even full time care on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. I have a calm and patient demeanor and always take the time to help make pets feel more comfortable. I understand how stressful it can be for pets to be separated from their people and want to provide as inclusive and stress-free of an environment possible for them while providing the utmost attentive care for their needs.

From leisurely walks and dog park playdates to scenic hikes and cozy indoor activities, I've got it covered - rain or shine! Expect engaging activities like puzzle toys, backyard explorations, and plenty of snuggles 🐾 My partner and I both work from home, so your pup will get plenty of love, walks, and playtime. We're outdoor enthusiasts - weekends are often spent camping, hiking, or paddleboarding, and we hit the dog park a few times a week. I have a fenced backyard as well as 10+ kilometers of forest trails near my house. I want doggy guests to feel like they are at a home away from home. They will get attention, love, pre-approved treats and little songs like they were my own.

About: My experience over the years with dogs has been with a variety of different breeds, ages and behaviors. I volunteered fostering dogs at the Victoria Humane Society in 2022 where I gained a lot of experience with different temperaments and ages/mixed breeds. The highlight of my experience was working for Island Miniature Schnauzers outside of Sooke in 2016 for 8 months. My duties were: Home Life training for adopted puppies. This provided the new owners one week of me training the puppy at my home. This included walking on leash for the first time, crate training, schedule for house training, socializing with other dogs and people to name a few.. I provided video and pictures to the new owners to keep them up to date on progress. I also took older Shnauzers who were used to farm life and adapted them to urban life by going on leashed walks, greeting new dogs and people. I also learned to groom puppies and older dogs as well. You can see in all my photo's with the Schnauzer puppies and dogs that I trained while working for IMS. Over the years I have taken care of friends/family dogs and cats at their home. I treat all animals like my very own. I massage them, comfort them them and just love them up! I have a nice sized backyard that is fully fenced for play. There are many trails, beaches and lakes that we go on each day. Depending on your dogs level of care, adjusting the cost is a flexibility I offer. I am retired and am home most of the day while caring for your pet. We walk once or 2x a day and I have a nice sized backyard. Games and training time are incorporated into our day. I aim to make it as balanced and fun as possible. I offer 2 walks a day. There are many places to walk close to my home & the galloping goose trail is behind my gate. My backyard is a good size for running and zoomies. Naps and downtime are a must for a happy healthy dog. The dogs sleep with me unless they need to be in a crate.

About: I have at least 10 years of experience with dogs, I have had all kinds of animals growing up and currently have one dog. I have dog walked, dog sat, and watched overnight for my family, friends, as well as friends of friends and family friends. I get along very well with most animals and love to be around them. I know their needs and what they can and cannot have. I am currently working 4 days a week , so I can do week days and weekends depending on day, mostly at anytime but we will always have a chat before hand. Also if you are needing/wanting a day that’s not on my availability just send me a message and I can double check my schedule and see if I can make time for you. My schedule on the app is sometimes not accurate as my schedule changes often with my job so just send me a message with whatever day you were looking for I cannot have pets over at my home due to my own pet but I am more then happy to look after your pets at your home and I can take care of any needs that your pet requires

About: My journey with dogs started early. I have loved and cared for my very own dog since I was 10 years old. This lifelong experience taught me how to read dog body language. I truly understand their routines, signals, and emotional needs. As I grew older, I naturally began pet sitting for my friends. I have successfully managed everything from high-energy outdoor walks to quiet, cozy evenings at home. I know exactly how to adapt to each unique pet's personality. I’m an intuitive energy ( Reiki Master ) healer which allows me to connect and understand your dog’s needs at a deeper level. If your dog is nervous or afraid of new people and/ or surroundings, i’m able to calm them with a little energy treatment. I also have many years of teaching and practicing first aid under my belt, as well as 11years of caring for my first dog Charlie. For overnight / daycare : we live in a coach house in Langford BC - a close drive to Royal Oak Beach. It’s such a beautiful, safe neighbourhood to explore and go for walks. Sooke Hills Wilderness Park is just 3mins away. Note there is a set of stairs leading up to my living space so for those dogs that can’t do stairs I might not be a good fit. I am available to sit at your home though if it’s easier. I’m currently working from home writing my film. My schedule is flexible, so I have plenty of time for play and walks. Your pet is always my first priority though and I will customize my days around their schedule and care. Dogs are always leashed and well cared for when out for walks. I don’t have a yard or anywhere they can escape from. Their safety will always be my first priority.

About: Hi! I am someone who is very passionate about caring for animals. I’ve had 3 dogs and 2 cats, and loved so much to spend time with them, and would love to get to know your furry friends aswell! I’m working part time, and would love to spend my spare time with animals. I promise that as your pet sitter I will put your pets needs and well being ahead of anything else! I love dogs and cats, and have experience caring for larger breeds as well as dogs who are reactive. Thank you very much ! Work from 3:30-8:30pm Monday - Thursday and Saturday mornings. Outside of those listed times where I am at work I am free to be with your pet. :) This is dependant on the animal I am taking care of. If it is a more energetic breed, I will be sure to take it on longer walks as many times as needed, and won’t leave them home alone for long periods of time if it can be avoided. For less energetic breeds i will try to gauge how much exersice/attention they need and give them the appropriate amount.

About: I have a beautiful, sweet kitty in my life but I need more love and I’m hoping to get it from your pets! I grew up on a hobby farm with all sorts of animals. I have experience with cats, dogs, small animals, birds, large livestock and even insects and arachnids. I have to say living in the farm has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my life. Through my many years experience with pets I have learned to read the body language and eye contact of a variety of animals making it easier to build trust and a better connection. I’m attentive and affectionate and am confident your loved ones will be in safe in my loving hands. I work part time from home in the insurance industry but would love to eventually make Rover my fulltime career. I am able to take your pet outside to the bathroom anytime of the day and can go for mini walks on my breaks before the big adventure after work. About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve cared for and raised animals of all kinds, from puppies and rescue dogs to farm animals and small pets. My own rescue dog, Indigo, taught me so much about patience, compassion, and attentive care as I supported her through both IVDD and cancer. Through that experience, I became very comfortable with medication routines, mobility support, changing needs, and providing calm, loving care through every stage of an animal’s life. I’ve also raised puppies and lived on a farm where I regularly cared for large farm dogs and cats. About: I’ve always loved dogs, but between working full-time, travelling , and raising a family, owning one felt like a big commitment. So instead, I became the go-to dog walker for my neighbours! I also spent 10 months pet sitting for a friend while they travelled throughout Europe, and after that experience, I finally got my own dog!
