About: I am a huge animal lover and have assisted in the care of my family's two high-energy dogs for over half my life! I have also been trusted by family friends to provide care for their cats. I currently attend university three days a week, having classes end 2:30 at the latest. My courseload is light leaving me lots of time to spend with your pets. I will treat your pets and home as if they are my own. On top of providing care for your furry friends, I am happy to water plants and perform and other household tasks.

About: I am a young professional who loves the outdoors. I spend most of my time being very active outside. I enjoy hiking, running or long walks on the beach in all types of weather! I have always loved dogs and have spent many years being around them and caring for them. Growing up, I had dogs, cats, turtles, hamsters and guinea pigs, mice, frogs etc. I often volunteer to take friend's and familie's dogs for walks in my spare time or pet sit over longer periods of time. I genuinely enjoy the company and energy that dogs bring. I have a life long ambition to care for animals who have been neglected or poorly treated. Apart from being active, I also enjoy downtime/ snuggle time with older/less energetic animals. I have a gentle touch and a lot of love to share for 4 legged friends, no matter the size or temperament! About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve cared for and raised animals of all kinds, from puppies and rescue dogs to farm animals and small pets. My own rescue dog, Indigo, taught me so much about patience, compassion, and attentive care as I supported her through both IVDD and cancer. Through that experience, I became very comfortable with medication routines, mobility support, changing needs, and providing calm, loving care through every stage of an animal’s life. I’ve also raised puppies and lived on a farm where I regularly cared for large farm dogs and cats. Over the years, I’ve had experience caring for many different animals, including parrots, snakes, hamsters, fish, rabbits, and other small pets. I genuinely love getting to know each animal’s unique personality and needs, and I always strive to make them feel safe, understood, and cared for while their owners are away. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets lots of attention, consistency, and care throughout the day. I’m also a very active person and usually spend hours outside walking every day, so I’d genuinely love some furry companionship along the way - whether your dog prefers long adventures, slower sniff walks, or lots of playtime and attention. I live in a detached home with a fully fenced backyard and no other animals in the home, creating a calm and safe environment for your pet. I take animal care very seriously and have always treated every pet - whether my own or someone else’s - with patience, attentiveness, and genuine love. I cared for my sweet dog Indigo through both IVDD and cancer, which gave me firsthand experience supporting animals with medical needs, mobility limitations, medication routines, and changing comfort levels. That experience taught me that every animal is unique, and I’m happy to adapt to their individual routines, personalities, and care needs to help them feel safe and comfortable.

About: My journey with dogs started early. I have loved and cared for my very own dog since I was 10 years old. This lifelong experience taught me how to read dog body language. I truly understand their routines, signals, and emotional needs. As I grew older, I naturally began pet sitting for my friends. I have successfully managed everything from high-energy outdoor walks to quiet, cozy evenings at home. I know exactly how to adapt to each unique pet's personality. Expect engaging activities like puzzle toys, backyard explorations, and plenty of snuggles 🐾 My partner and I both work from home, so your pup will get plenty of love, walks, and playtime. We're outdoor enthusiasts - weekends are often spent camping, hiking, or paddleboarding, and we hit the dog park a few times a week. I have a fenced backyard as well as 10+ kilometers of forest trails near my house. I want doggy guests to feel like they are at a home away from home. They will get attention, love, pre-approved treats and little songs like they were my own.

About: My experience over the years with dogs has been with a variety of different breeds, ages and behaviors. I volunteered fostering dogs at the Victoria Humane Society in 2022 where I gained a lot of experience with different temperaments and ages/mixed breeds. The highlight of my experience was working for Island Miniature Schnauzers outside of Sooke in 2016 for 8 months. My duties were: Home Life training for adopted puppies. This provided the new owners one week of me training the puppy at my home. This included walking on leash for the first time, crate training, schedule for house training, socializing with other dogs and people to name a few.. I provided video and pictures to the new owners to keep them up to date on progress. I also took older Shnauzers who were used to farm life and adapted them to urban life by going on leashed walks, greeting new dogs and people. I also learned to groom puppies and older dogs as well. You can see in all my photo's with the Schnauzer puppies and dogs that I trained while working for IMS. Over the years I have taken care of friends/family dogs and cats at their home. I treat all animals like my very own. I massage them, comfort them them and just love them up! I have a nice sized backyard that is fully fenced for play. There are many trails, beaches and lakes that we go on each day. Depending on your dogs level of care, adjusting the cost is a flexibility I offer. I am retired and am home most of the day while caring for your pet. We walk once or 2x a day and I have a nice sized backyard. Games and training time are incorporated into our day. I aim to make it as balanced and fun as possible. I offer 2 walks a day. There are many places to walk close to my home & the galloping goose trail is behind my gate. My backyard is a good size for running and zoomies. Naps and downtime are a must for a happy healthy dog. The dogs sleep with me unless they need to be in a crate.

Please read my profile carefully before booking to make sure I’m a good fit for your dog. I have over 18 years experience caring for animals. I’m an intuitive energy ( Reiki Master ) healer which allows me to connect and understand your dog’s needs at a deeper level. If your dog is nervous or afraid of new people and/ or surroundings, i’m able to calm them with a little energy treatment. I also have many years of teaching and practicing first aid under my belt, as well as 11years of caring for my first dog Charlie. Over all, I have a tremendous love and understanding of animals, which I believe makes me a great choice for caring for your beloved fur babies. I know how incredibly precious they are to you, and will ensure they are loved and cared for as if they were my own. I am writing a film, doing pack walks and running my energy healing business from home - which allows me a flexible schedule to give your animals the care they need. For overnight / daycare : we live in a coach house in Langford BC - a close drive to Royal Oak Beach. It’s such a beautiful, safe neighbourhood to explore and go for walks. Sooke Hills Wilderness Park is just 3mins away. Note there is a set of stairs leading up to my living space so for those dogs that can’t do stairs I might not be a good fit. I am available to sit at your home though if it’s easier. I’m currently working from home writing my film. My schedule is flexible, so I have plenty of time for play and walks. Your pet is always my first priority though and I will customize my days around their schedule and care. Dogs are always leashed and well cared for when out for walks. I don’t have a yard or anywhere they can escape from. Their safety will always be my first priority.

About: I have at least 10 years of experience with dogs, I have had all kinds of animals growing up and currently have one dog. I have dog walked, dog sat, and watched overnight for my family, friends, as well as friends of friends and family friends. I get along very well with most animals and love to be around them. I know their needs and what they can and cannot have. I am currently working 4 days a week , so I can do week days and weekends depending on day, mostly at anytime but we will always have a chat before hand. Also if you are needing/wanting a day that’s not on my availability just send me a message and I can double check my schedule and see if I can make time for you. My schedule on the app is sometimes not accurate as my schedule changes often with my job so just send me a message with whatever day you were looking for I cannot have pets over at my home due to my own pet but I am more then happy to look after your pets at your home and I can take care of any needs that your pet requires
