About: I have grown up with dogs and cared for my own for the last 15 years. I absolutely adore all breeds and can tailor my care to the needs of your pet. Whether they love cuddles, alone time, long walks or frisbee chasing, I will make sure they have the best time and are loved as if they were my own. I have pet-sit in Australia for years, and have shared my home with pets of all shapes and sizes. I am happy to care for young and old dogs, and have experience administering medications, cleaning and most importantly entertaining your fur baby. I am currently working part-time so have plenty of availability to care for your pet. I am available on weekends and holidays, as well as for overnight stays. I have a cozy townhouse with a partially undercover yard. Your dog would be welcome to sleep inside my house, on the bed! They will have plenty of access to the fenced yard for sniff and toilet breaks. We also have lovely parks and beaches close by to explore on walks.

About: Recently had to say goodbye to my baby girl of nearly 20yrs, missing her snuggles and purrs. I know how difficult it can be to leave your sweetheart(s) when you're away and would be honored to care for them and keep them company until you return. I always grew up with pets and have pet-sat for friends through my teens & adult years. Litter boxes, dog-poop patrol, medications or special diets - your furry friend will be well looked after! I'm self-employed and currently working part-time so my schedule is relatively flexible. If you live in Sooke, I can easily check in on your pup during the day and am free most evenings & weekends to get them out for walks and/adventures. I love hiking and exploring different trails. I'm only able to board cats at my place, they will be comfortable inside with windows to perch and watch the world go by or soak up some the warmth of the sun. I have a cat tree, scratching post and toys to keep them busy. I am available to dog-sit in your home or simply provide check-in visits, bathroom breaks, and walks. To start, tell my about your pet's usual routines and needs and I'll let you know how I can support that. Then we can discuss and see if I'm the right sitter for you 🙂

About: I have always wanted to look after animals since I was a kid. My husband and I fostered rescue dogs in Alberta to help get adopted. I have also cared for a variety of small caged animals over the years. As your house sitter, I will be present in your home for the entire duration of the stay. This is great if your pup does not like to be left alone. I am able to administer simple medications if needed. I am also able to care for small caged animals in my own home and we can discuss this arrangement if you are needing this service. House/pet sitting is my priority. When you hire me, I will not need to leave your residence for other employment. This is great if your pup does not like to be left alone. I will care for your pets following the daily routine that you have already established for them. If the pets are used to a morning walk then I will take them on a morning walk if that is preferred. If your pets are happy to simply play in their yard while you are away I would be happy to do that as well. I usually like to arrange a short meet and greet prior to the first overnight stay to familiarize myself with your pets and their home.

About: I’ve been around family pets my whole life, and always loved meeting the pets in my neighborhoods. I’ve looked after many dogs of all types, from all walks of life. I own and care for 3 disabled and elderly dogs in my family. I love to travel all across Greater Victoria, which means I can expand my services anywhere in Sooke, Langford and Victoria. I will find a way anywhere for families in need of a sitter. I have a monumental amount of free time. No school, no current physical job, rarely going to events, so I can dedicate plenty of time to your pets. I am not in college or currently employed, so I have plenty of time to look after your pets. During the day I am available between 7AM - 11PM. Schedule may vary slightly on weekend nights. I am available for overnights, separate from the times above. Not applicable as I will not do business inside of my home.

About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve cared for and raised animals of all kinds, from puppies and rescue dogs to farm animals and small pets. My own rescue dog, Indigo, taught me so much about patience, compassion, and attentive care as I supported her through both IVDD and cancer. Through that experience, I became very comfortable with medication routines, mobility support, changing needs, and providing calm, loving care through every stage of an animal’s life. I’ve also raised puppies and lived on a farm where I regularly cared for large farm dogs and cats. Over the years, I’ve had experience caring for many different animals, including parrots, snakes, hamsters, fish, rabbits, and other small pets. I genuinely love getting to know each animal’s unique personality and needs, and I always strive to make them feel safe, understood, and cared for while their owners are away. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets lots of attention, consistency, and care throughout the day. I’m also a very active person and usually spend hours outside walking every day, so I’d genuinely love some furry companionship along the way - whether your dog prefers long adventures, slower sniff walks, or lots of playtime and attention. I live in a detached home with a fully fenced backyard and no other animals in the home, creating a calm and safe environment for your pet. I take animal care very seriously and have always treated every pet - whether my own or someone else’s - with patience, attentiveness, and genuine love. I cared for my sweet dog Indigo through both IVDD and cancer, which gave me firsthand experience supporting animals with medical needs, mobility limitations, medication routines, and changing comfort levels. That experience taught me that every animal is unique, and I’m happy to adapt to their individual routines, personalities, and care needs to help them feel safe and comfortable.

Please read my profile carefully before booking to make sure I’m a good fit for your dog. I have over 18 years experience caring for animals. I’m an intuitive energy ( Reiki Master ) healer which allows me to connect and understand your dog’s needs at a deeper level. If your dog is nervous or afraid of new people and/ or surroundings, i’m able to calm them with a little energy treatment. I also have many years of teaching and practicing first aid under my belt, as well as 11years of caring for my first dog Charlie. Over all, I have a tremendous love and understanding of animals, which I believe makes me a great choice for caring for your beloved fur babies. I know how incredibly precious they are to you, and will ensure they are loved and cared for as if they were my own. I am writing a film, doing pack walks and running my energy healing business from home - which allows me a flexible schedule to give your animals the care they need. For overnight / daycare : we live in a coach house in Langford BC - a close drive to Royal Oak Beach. It’s such a beautiful, safe neighbourhood to explore and go for walks. Sooke Hills Wilderness Park is just 3mins away. Note there is a set of stairs leading up to my living space so for those dogs that can’t do stairs I might not be a good fit. I am available to sit at your home though if it’s easier. I’m currently working from home writing my film. My schedule is flexible, so I have plenty of time for play and walks. Your pet is always my first priority though and I will customize my days around their schedule and care. Dogs are always leashed and well cared for when out for walks. I don’t have a yard or anywhere they can escape from. Their safety will always be my first priority.

About: I have been pet sitting and dog walking for many years, I have experience with all pets. I have worked with all different sizes and breeds, I have also worked with different temperaments. I’ve dealt with shy and timid dogs, to aggressively not good with other animals or humans, and of course loving and super friendly dogs. Pets are my passion and I only have what’s best interest for them :) I have tons of references if wanted, I am super flexible and just happy to help with your furry family members. I am happy to just drop by and give a snuggle or out for a bathroom break, and I am also happy to stay at your home for as long as you need. About: I have been caring for animals in general since I was 10 years old. I love petting them and taking care of them. I also love teaching them different ways to respond to calls and, above all, taking care of them as if they were another member of the family. I’m working Monday to Friday 7-4PM, so I’d be available after this day time during week & full weekend.
