We’ve used her services on 2 occasions, first to care for our 2 cats daily whilst we were away with Penny, and second to stay overnight to care for the whole pet family. We were gone for 5 days, and she kept in touch with photos and daily updates. In one picture she had all 3 cuddled up with her on the sofa, clearly missing us (not)! The house was very well cared for, and we will definitely ask her to stay again whenever we need to leave Penny behind. We adopted Penny at 5 years old and as a result of her previous life, can be nervous of strangers. However she took to Alyssa right away and it was a relief to know we could go away with peace of mind.
