About: I have been looking after dogs (and many other animals including cats and horses) for 15+ years as favours to friends and family, so I have a massive love for all furry creatures! I have grown up with dogs and can detect body language changes, and know how to defuse situations if they do escalate. I have worked with dogs who are other-dog reactive, and know how to cater our walks to suit their needs without additional stress. Whether you are looking to have you pup join Atlas and I at our enclosed acreage, or would like me to simply drop in to visit and break up your pup's day with a play in the yard, I'm happy to do it all. Currently on a very open schedule due to the nature of casual work, and am looking to continue building up my experience here on Rover! :) I am a casually employed person, so have multiple weeks of time off in which I can dedicate to pet-sitting! Whether you're looking for just a few days, or something more extended, I can accommodate both needs. I have a fully enclosed rural acreage with automatic button-controlled gates, and reinforced wiring along the bottom two panels of fencing. We live on a quiet street with a few school children that commute in the morning/afternoon, but otherwise, not very busy. A lovely, safe, interesting space for them to explore and enjoy.

About: I’ve had cats my entire life and have always been passionate about understanding and caring for them. I’ve cared for friends’ and loved ones’ cats and dogs, as well as my cleaning clients’ pets, and genuinely love getting to spend time with animals. Sooke Hills Wilderness Park is just 3mins away. Note there is a set of stairs leading up to my living space so for those dogs that can’t do stairs I might not be a good fit. I am available to sit at your home though if it’s easier. I’m currently working from home writing my film. My schedule is flexible, so I have plenty of time for play and walks. Your pet is always my first priority though and I will customize my days around their schedule and care. Dogs are always leashed and well cared for when out for walks. I don’t have a yard or anywhere they can escape from. Their safety will always be my first priority.

About: My journey with dogs started early. I have loved and cared for my very own dog since I was 10 years old. This lifelong experience taught me how to read dog body language.
