About: I have always wanted to look after animals since I was a kid. My husband and I fostered rescue dogs in Alberta to help get adopted. I have also cared for a variety of small caged animals over the years. As your house sitter, I will be present in your home for the entire duration of the stay. This is great if your pup does not like to be left alone. I am able to administer simple medications if needed. I am also able to care for small caged animals in my own home and we can discuss this arrangement if you are needing this service. House/pet sitting is my priority. When you hire me, I will not need to leave your residence for other employment. This is great if your pup does not like to be left alone. I will care for your pets following the daily routine that you have already established for them. If the pets are used to a morning walk then I will take them on a morning walk if that is preferred. If your pets are happy to simply play in their yard while you are away I would be happy to do that as well. About: I have had animals both cats and dogs my entire life. I am able to do some manners and follow normal sit stay heel guidelines and medicate. I have experience with subcutaneous injections as well( insulin and vitamins). I will love your animals as my own. I work afternoons between 4-8 and weekends 1-8. I usually only work in the early mornings and am off early afternoon so I would have plenty of time to come visit your animals and take them or walks, feed them and love them as my own. I have ample time to dedicate to any animal, I love being outdoors and am a runner so if your pet is willing and able to accompany me on my jogs they are more than welcome. I have a crate and a seatbelt equipped in my vehicle for safe travelling as well as a pet first aid kit to ensure I am always prepared.
About: I have had experience caring for puppies and adult dogs. I can teach your pet commands, have fun playing with him and keep his safety as my own I am currently working from 11am till 9 pm, so I will have time for your pets. About: I’ve been around dogs and cats my whole life. I grew up with 3 indoor cats and caring for my grandparents German Shepherds. I fostered many dogs and cats with my roommates in University, and worked at a Veterinary Hospital for 2+ years. I’ve rescued a senior dog from the SPCA (who since passed) and now have a 3.5yr Rottweiler. My schedule is extremely flexible and I can make myself available at anytime needed to provide care for your pets. A typical day with my dog consists morning potty, breakfast, long walk, indoor mental play time, supper, outside potty and more play time. It’s not uncommon to go for off-leash walks in a park. Another activity we enjoy is mental enrichment - either a mind game with treats or frozen kong. I have a condo in Westhills. There are many parks and trails nearby. I also have a SUV I use to take the dogs on adventures to the beach, hikes, etc. As for care in your home; I like to maintain whatever schedule you have!
About: I have been pet sitting and dog walking for many years, I have experience with all pets. I have worked with all different sizes and breeds, I have also worked with different temperaments. I’ve dealt with shy and timid dogs, to aggressively not good with other animals or humans, and of course loving and super friendly dogs. About: I have a very flexible availability since I’ve just finished my law degree and am home full time! I live near multiple parks (within 5 mins walking distance) and with lots of space in my home that your pup would love! I have a 5 month old mini dachshund puppy, and she is extremely friendly, social and would love to make new friends. I’ve been training her since she was 8 weeks old and I can also work with your pup on anything you’d like to re-enforce or newly introduce. I have past experience with dogs dealing with separation anxiety, I also implement crate training and enforced naps throughout the day and positive rewards. I also can potty train if needed! I only take 1 pet/booking at a time so I can give my full attention to your pup! Please do let me know if your pup is social or has any triggers (toy/food guarding) and is friendly to puppies, if your uncertain I strongly recommended a quick meet up prior to booking with your pup and mine to ensure a safe and fun day for them! I am home full time and my daily routine consists of caring for my own puppy, usually including playing and training and enforced naps and walks I live in a single dwelling home with a fenced yard with plenty of grass, and my home is split leveled so there’s plenty of space for your pup to run around and play. I’m not adjacent to a busy street so there are no noises that might make your pup anxious. I also have my own pup who would love a new friend (Please let me know if your pup shouldn’t be taking stairs or jumping, since I dont let my mini dachshund take the stairs or jump onto furniture due to any back injury risks so I carry her and I can do the same for yours!)
