About: My experience over the years with dogs has been with a variety of different breeds, ages and behaviors. I volunteered fostering dogs at the Victoria Humane Society 2 yrs ago (2022) where I gained a lot of experience with different temperaments and ages/mixed breeds. The highlight of my experience was working for Island Miniature Schnauzers outside of Sooke in 2016 for 8 months. My duties were: Home Life training for adopted puppies. This provided the new owners one week of me training the puppy at my home. This included walking on leash for the first time, crate training, schedule for house training, socializing with other dogs and people to name a few.. I provided video and pictures to the new owners to keep them up to date on progress. I also took older Shnauzers who were used to farm life and adapted them to urban life by going on leashed walks, greeting new dogs and people. I also learned to groom puppies and older dogs as well. You can see in all my photo's with the Schnauzer puppies and dogs that I trained while working for IMS. Over the years I have taken care of friends/family dogs and cats at their home. I treat all animals like my very own. I massage them, comfort them them and just love them up! I have a nice sized fenced in backyard for play. There are many trails, beaches and lakes that we go on each day. Depending on your dogs level of care, adjusting the cost is a flexibility I offer. We walk once or 2x a day and I have a nice sized backyard. Games and training time are incorporated into our day. I aim to make it as balanced and fun as possible. I offer 2 walks a day. There are many places to walk close to my house & the galloping goose trail is behind my gate. My backyard is a good size for wrestling, running and playing. I am currently revamping my yard to make it more dog friendly. Naps and downtime are a must for a happy healthy dog. The dogs sleep with me unless they need to be in a crate.

About: I have had animals both cats and dogs my entire life. I am able to do some manners and follow normal sit stay heel guidelines and medicate. I have experience with subcutaneous injections as well( insulin and vitamins). I will love your animals as my own. I work afternoons between 4-8 and weekends 1-8. I will have plenty of time to spend with them walking playing and feeding ensuring they have been taken care of. They will be walked, played with and cuddled. About: As an interior designer, I spend my days creating spaces that feel calm, comfortable, and welcoming, and I’ve always taken the same thoughtful approach with the animals I spend time with. I’ve loved animals my whole life, and spending time with them has always brought me a genuine sense of happiness. Over the years, I’ve volunteered at animal shelters and veterinary clinics, as well as cared for dogs and cats for family, friends, and through referrals. I love getting outside for walks and hikes, and there’s nothing better than having a four-legged companion along for the adventure. About: I have at least 10 years of experience with dogs, I have had all kinds of animals growing up and currently have one dog. I have dog walked, dog sat, and watched overnight for my family, friends, as well as friends of friends and family friends. I get along very well with most animals and love to be around them. I know their needs and what they can and cannot have. I am currently working 4 days a week , so I can do week days and weekends depending on day, mostly at anytime but we will always have a chat before hand. Also if you are needing/wanting a day that’s not on my availability just send me a message and I can double check my schedule and see if I can make time for you. My schedule on the app is sometimes not accurate as my schedule changes often with my job so just send me a message with whatever day you were looking for I cannot have pets over at my home due to my own pet but I am more then happy to look after your pets at your home and I can take care of any needs that your pet requires
About: I’m a lifelong animal lover who grew up with family dogs and cats and, until recently, shared my life with two incredible dogs of my own. We live in a house with a fenced yard and a dog door that can be blocked or open. I love being outside and going for walks, and I especially enjoy building trust through positive reinforcement and trick training. I’m most comfortable with small to medium-sized dogs, particularly those who walk well on leash. I’m also a nurse, which gives me a strong comfort level with administering medications , whether it’s an easy pill pocket or a more challenging situation. I’ve had experience giving medications to both cooperative and more anxious dogs, and I always approach it with patience and gentleness. Whether your dog needs a fun walk, some cuddles, or a bit of extra care, I’d love the chance to be there for them. I am a nurse with flexibility with my schedule. I have lots of free time during the day for dog walking and pet care. My flexible schedule allows me to give your pets the attention, exercise, and care they deserve whether it’s a mid-morning walk, afternoon playtime or all day company. I understand that every dog has their own unique personality, quirks, and routines. I’m happy to follow any specific instructions you provide to make sure your pup feels comfortable, safe, and cared for and keeps their routine.

About: Since I can remember I’ve had such a love for animals and their beautiful personalities and energy. Since approximately 12 years of age I’ve cared for and raised dogs. My husband and I have had two wonderful companions for 16-18 years who are sadly no longer with us. We continue to want to have animals in our life and help where we can. We have experience with puppies , middle aged, and senior pups and love all the stages that each age ranges bring. With family member we understand the utmost care and trust is needed. When we had our two dogs our lives definitely revolved around the both of them. Whether it be walking, feeding, playing and medications - they always came first. They were family. Our home consists of 2.5 floors. We have hardwood and carpets (runners) available for dogs who have traction issues. We can carry dogs that weigh up to 20 Ibs up and down if needed if they are older and also utilize baby gates. Water is available up and down and we also have AC.
