About: I had 2 dogs (Labrador and German Shepherd, both boy) when I was a little girl, I have a genuine love for animals and understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs. I always take the time to get to know each pet and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. I am patient, responsible, and attentive to details. I can follow your pet’s usual routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and other care instructions. I also pay close attention to their behavior and will make sure to communicate with you if I notice anything unusual. I understand that leaving your pet with someone else requires trust, so I will treat your pet with the same care, patience, and attention that I would give my own. I’m also happy to provide regular updates and photos so you can feel comfortable and reassured while you’re away. Whether your pet is energetic and playful, shy and nervous, or simply needs extra patience and attention, I will do my best to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I am a Chinese girl who just graduated from master of global management program in RRU, meanwhile, I have a part time job in Sushi Langford restaurant. I am a huge dog lover, and my availability would be weekdays before 4:00pm. I am living in a pet friendly apartment in Langford, I am more than happy to bring you dogs in my house if its needed

About: I have had animals both cats and dogs my entire life. I am able to do some manners and follow normal sit stay heel guidelines and medicate. I have experience with subcutaneous injections as well( insulin and vitamins). I will love your animals as my own. I am currently in online school from 9-1:30pm m-f, I have a part time position which is flexible in hours to accommodate requests. I will have plenty of time to spend with them walking, playing, and ensuring they have been taken care of. I can take requests before or after school for drop ins. With house sitting I have a break inbetween classes to take some time to go for walk and take care of my charges needs. They will be walked, played with and cuddled. I will follow your directions and am able to medicate and follow complex care plans. I have had both large and small dogs. In addition I have had reactive dogs so can understand and manage there needs safely.

About: Hi! I am an animal lover with a lifelong history of caring for dogs and cats. While I currently don't have pets of my own, I have grown up with animals my entire life, including regularly taking take for dogs for family, friends and co-workers. I was raised with a Husky/Malamute and frequently care for my parents' Husky/Shepherd mix and my aunt's Havanese, so I am comfortable with a range of sizes, energy levels, and personalities. I'm active, upbeat and dependable and I take pride in being patient, nurturing, and responsive to each pet's individual needs. Whether it's walks, drop-in-visits, or extra companionship. I treat every pet as if they were my own. I am always happy to answer questions and would love to arrange a meet-and-greet to make sure I'm a great fit for you and your pet. *Please note, I respond to messages from here between 7am and 8pm. I currently work full time during the week, but my weekends are flexible and I don't work every third Monday, which means I have flexibility of these Mondays. I would take care of your pet in your home or mine and do what is requested of me. I would want to get to know your dogs needs in order to make them feel safe and to minimally disrupt their routine.

About: My experience over the years with dogs has been with a variety of different breeds, ages and behaviors. I volunteered fostering dogs at the Victoria Humane Society in 2022 where I gained a lot of experience with different temperaments and ages/mixed breeds. The highlight of my experience was working for Island Miniature Schnauzers outside of Sooke in 2016 for 8 months. My duties were: Home Life training for adopted puppies. This provided the new owners one week of me training the puppy at my home. This included walking on leash for the first time, crate training, schedule for house training, socializing with other dogs and people to name a few.. I provided video and pictures to the new owners to keep them up to date on progress. I also took older Shnauzers who were used to farm life and adapted them to urban life by going on leashed walks, greeting new dogs and people. I also learned to groom puppies and older dogs as well. You can see in all my photo's with the Schnauzer puppies and dogs that I trained while working for IMS. Over the years I have taken care of friends/family dogs and cats at their home. I treat all animals like my very own. I massage them, comfort them them and just love them up! I have a nice sized backyard that is fully fenced for play. There are many trails, beaches and lakes that we go on each day. Depending on your dogs level of care, adjusting the cost is a flexibility I offer. I am retired and am home most of the day while caring for your pet. We walk once or 2x a day and I have a nice sized backyard. Games and training time are incorporated into our day. I aim to make it as balanced and fun as possible. I offer 2 walks a day. There are many places to walk close to my home & the galloping goose trail is behind my gate. My backyard is a good size for running and zoomies. Naps and downtime are a must for a happy healthy dog. The dogs sleep with me unless they need to be in a crate.

About: Since I can remember I’ve had such a love for animals and their beautiful personalities and energy. Since approximately 12 years of age I’ve cared for and raised dogs. My husband and I have had two wonderful companions for 16-18 years who are sadly no longer with us. We continue to want to have animals in our life and help where we can. We have experience with puppies , middle aged, and senior pups and love all the stages that each age ranges bring. With family member we understand the utmost care and trust is needed. When we had our two dogs our lives definitely revolved around the both of them. Whether it be walking, feeding, playing and medications - they always came first. They were family. Our home consists of 2.5 floors. We have hardwood and carpets (runners) available for dogs who have traction issues. We can carry dogs that weigh up to 20 Ibs up and down if needed if they are older and also utilize baby gates. Water is available up and down and we also have AC.

About: I have spent most of my childhood into early 20s rescuing dogs and either rehoming or keeping them for their full life span. I can care for your dog like they are my own! I love getting outside any chance I can get and typically work my regular job in the evenings so this provides a great morning routine for dogs whos owners typically work early mornings and through the day. I care for pets by using positive reinforcement when learning new skills and providing lots of attention and time outside so they do not develop bad behaviours in the home or in public.
