About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was young. I’ve always loved pets and have raised a couple puppies as well. I will be your pets new best friend! Im currently working part time so I will have lots of time to check in on your pets. I’m available most days in the morning and evening. I would prefer to watch your pets in your own home where your pets are most comfortable. I will be respectful towards your pet and your home equally.

About: I love animals and have lots of experience with dogs. I have owned Chihuahuas, Havanese, Poodles, and a Doberman. I love training dogs (no formal experience just as a hobby) and making sure they stay stimulated and entertained with toys and activities. I am comfortable with puppies and also senior dogs. I am a very active person and love going on long walks no matter the weather. I am currently going to school and travel for work part time. When I am here I am flexible most week days. I also have some availability on the weekend as well. My home has yard space and is close to parks for walking. I am also happy to care for pets at a clients home if needed.

About: I have 15 years caring for my own dogs, 10 years working in a pet store, and hands-on experience with agility puppy training. I’m confident handling high-energy breeds, enrichment, routines, and safety-focused care. I’ve previously had an Icelandic sheepdog and border collie mix, each with their own special needs such as extreme allergies, behavioural triggers and high prey drive. About: I have had animals both cats and dogs my entire life. I am able to do some manners and follow normal sit stay heel guidelines and medicate. I have experience with subcutaneous injections as well( insulin and vitamins). I will love your animals as my own. I work afternoons between 4-8 and weekends 1-8. I will have plenty of time to spend with them walking playing and feeding ensuring they have been taken care of. They will be walked, played with and cuddled. I will follow your directions and am able to medicate and follow complex care plans. I have had both large and small dogs. In addition I have had reactive dogs so can understand and manage there needs safely.

About: Since I can remember I’ve had such a love for animals and their beautiful personalities and energy. Since approximately 12 years of age I’ve cared for and raised dogs. My husband and I have had two wonderful companions for 16-18 years who are sadly no longer with us. We continue to want to have animals in our life and help where we can. We have experience with puppies , middle aged, and senior pups and love all the stages that each age ranges bring. With family member we understand the utmost care and trust is needed. When we had our two dogs our lives definitely revolved around the both of them. Whether it be walking, feeding, playing and medications - they always came first. They were family. Our home consists of 2.5 floors. We have hardwood and carpets (runners) available for dogs who have traction issues. We can carry dogs that weigh up to 20 Ibs up and down if needed if they are older and also utilize baby gates. Water is available up and down and we also have AC.

About: I have experience mostly caring for cats & dogs of all ages, including seniors. We are a family of 3, me, my husband & 14 year old daughter. In early 2021, we adopted an 8 year old rescue Pug mix with separation anxiety, who sadly passed away October 2023. We care for multiple types of dogs. Small, medium, large. Dogs with anxiety, dogs who are dog-reactive, dogs that are blind or deaf, dogs that take medication, either in pill form or insulin. I am happy to continue with any training your dog is currently learning. Our loving home serves as the perfect backdrop for your pet's stay, ensuring they feel comfortable and cherished at all times. We understand the importance of routine and strive to maintain a structured schedule to promote a sense of security and well-being. Spoiling our canine guests with love and care is a priority for us. From cuddle sessions to playtime adventures, we will ensure your dog feels like royalty during their stay with us. When you entrust your beloved companion to us, you can rest assured they'll receive the utmost attention, affection, and care they deserve. I work from home Monday to Friday. I would walk our pug throughout the work day between 20-30 minutes 3 times a day and play time in the house. My work breaks involved snuggles with our boy. Our community is very dog friendly. We have a green space at the back of our home. Our Pug has enjoyed many a day basking in the sun on our deck. We live near the E&N trail near Portage Park where we used the trails for walking our Pug and playing at the beach.

About: I want to take care of your pup because I adobe dogs, as much as I want to have a second one but I can't right now ( I have a 60lbs standard poodle). The best way is to become a pet sitter so I can have a temporary second dog and Reggie can make new friends. Besides Reggie, I also grew up in a family that always own dogs. My first dog was a black lab. He passed when I was 10. After, my mom adopted 3 Pomeranians and a Jack Russell at once. I can say I am capable of taking care of both small and large breeds. I just recently graduated from university. I want to take a break after many years in school, I only work part time so I can spend more time with my pup. I am usually home most of the time. I live in the apartment. However, there are many trails around my place, and a Soccer field is 2 mins walk. I will make sure you pup get enough exercise and walks.

We have looked after over 40 dogs and cats and our reviews speak for themselves! Lauren has had many beloved family cats and Ramesh is a cat and dog-lover who can often be seen crossing the street just to request a pet. We are looking to add furry friends to our lives and have lots of love to give. Your dog or cat will be treated like family under our care. We will take your dog out for bathroom breaks as needed and feed them according to their feeding schedule with food you provide. We are both active and will ensure your dog gets the physical activity it desires! We will communicate with you throughout and will share as many updates and photos as you desire. Lauren is wrapping up her PhD program at the University of Victoria and is also a sessional instructor at the university. We both are quite flexible with commitments and are quite easily able to take your dog out for walks and potty breaks throughout the day. We both are very active and pet care fits right into our schedules. We live in a house with a fenced yard to the side and an unfenced yard out front plus a number of parks nearby. Our home is spacious and yours will get all of our love and attention! We have a very friendly cat named Severus. He is an adventurous boy and loves making friends. We have a food and water dish but we will rely on you to provide pet food and treats. We won't provide any food that isn't yours to ensure that there is no risk to your pet. We also ask that you bring any favourite toys or other items your furry friend requires to keep them comfortable during their stay :)

About: I have had animals my entire life and have been extremely involved in training and ensuring they get the best care possible! I have done a lot of dog training in reactivity, separation anxiety, and use positive reinforcement to ensure that the relationship between me and my pet(s) is built on love and trust. With every new pet, I let them approach me and I build a foundation of trust so that obedience is not something forced but given! I work part time but I have blocked out those days so that it won’t interfere, but other wise I work 7 hour shifts so if your pet is staying when I am working, they would have to be comfortable being home alone for those hours I care for my pets by using positive reinforcement and consistency. Consistency is key and is very beneficial for ensuring my pets can succeed in all aspects of their lives. I understand dog body language and know when to approach, let them be, or let them come to me. It’s about listening to boundaries, just like with us humans!

About: I grew up with lots of dogs, and bunnies too. I have cared for dogs my whole life as my mom took in strays. I am very attentive and personable with animals and they can sense that. I believe exercise is really important for an animals wellbeing. Also, dogs need lots of attention and social interaction so that they can thrive in their families and with other dogs. I'm in great shape so I can keep up with the gentle giants! I am also a proud mom so I am very nurturing and attentive to others needs. I'm really excited to meet some furry pals. I have a fenced backyard as well as 10+ kilometers of forest trails near my house. I want doggy guests to feel like they are at a home away from home. They will get attention, love, pre-approved treats and little songs like they were my own.

About: I have been caring for animals in general since I was 10 years old. I love petting them and taking care of them. I also love teaching them different ways to respond to calls and, above all, taking care of them as if they were another member of the family. I’m working Monday to Friday 7-4PM, so I’d be available after this day time during week & full weekend. Most of the time we will be chillin’ o just hiking/walking around. 🌳🐕‍🦺 I’d do both if necessary. I’d rather to have them in their own space for avoiding stressful situations ofc.
