I have lifelong experience with dogs, having grown up with both retrievers and an English Mastiff. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes and energy levels and understand how to adjust handling, walks, and enrichment based on the individual dog. Through my work at Petland and my volunteering at the Calgary Humane Society, I’ve gained experience with a wide range of temperaments, from high-energy dogs to those who need a slower, more reassuring approach. I focus on consistency, positive interactions, and meeting each dog where they’re at.

Safety, trust & environment
I care for pets in their own home by following their routine as closely as possible. I take the time to understand each pet’s needs, personality, and comfort level, whether that means active play, calm companionship, or giving them space. I make sure they are fed properly, have fresh water, get appropriate exercise, and feel safe and cared for while their owners are away. I’m attentive to behaviour changes and always prioritize a low-stress, respectful approach.

Willow was great! She did exactly what I asked her to do during her stay with Jovie, took pictures and recorded all the walks, was always on time and perfectly followed my dog’s daily schedule! I am sure she will got very popular in Victoria soon!
Willow has been the BEST!!! She is always on time and is excellent with Cooper! She is super nice and a worderful person to know! She is very reliable and will treat your dog as if it’s her own! Willow is always wonderful with Gus!! She has stayed with him 2 times now in our home and each time Gus and our home has been extremely well cared for! (:
Willow is great! Very responsible and communicative. She treated our pets and home like her own. Willow is hard working and was helpful around the house, after leaving in a panic, we came home to an organized space!
Willow was excellent with our golden while we were away for a week! He was well taken care of, tired, and happy when we got home. (:
Willow was so reliable and great walking our dogs when she said she would, and giving feedback on how they were doing. We would absolutely request her dog sitting or walking services again!

Schedule
I recently moved to Langford from Calgary in August and am hoping to do Rover full-time for the next few months to see how it goes. I have a pretty open schedule right now, so I’m available most days and times and can be pretty flexible with your pet’s routine. I may take on some online college classes in the future, but for now pet care is my main focus.
