They sent tons of pictures and lots of updates on how Bagel was doing throughout. Their dog Benny turned out to be a great buddy for our Bagel, who is a bit more timid and sensitive. I think having Benny as a confident chaperone for Bagel was very beneficial. They also have separate sleeping and relaxing areas for if Bagel needed alone time. Great experience, and would recommend Chinel and Cristian to anyone!”
