About: I started my business 26 years ago, been professionally full time dogwalking ever since! I grew up with my parents owning a doggy daycare and learned everything from a young age about dogs, dog training, petsitting and dogwalking. I do private walks and group walks. Every dog has a meet and greet to evaluate their personality , and placed with the perfect group for him/her. I have training expierence, pet 1st aid, am bonded and insured. I practice fear free training with dogs of all sizes, ages and breeds. I am available 6 days a week, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sundays, from 9 am to 5 pm. Potty breaks, playtime or walk & trains I live on a secured 3-acre property, with no other dogs. I do daily dog walking from 9 am to 5 pm, including drop in visits for playtime, potty breaks, or walk & trains

“We were first time Rover users and were a little nervous at the prospect of leaving our pup with someone who wasn’t family but Amy made us feel reassured and confident that she would be well taken care of. Amy invited us over for a quick hello prior to boarding our pooch. Right away it was evident that Amy is warm, good natured and caring. Additionally, her place is like a dog’s paradise - right on the lake with primo swimming and hiking! Amy sent us daily updates with pictures of them hiking, swimming and lounging around together. Communication with Amy was also a breeze! 5/5 big thanks Amy!!!”

In your home, I make sure to follow all instructions closely so your pet’s routine stays consistent. I double-check that doors, gates, and windows are secure to prevent any escapes, and I’m mindful of things like food left out, small objects, or anything that could be harmful. I respect the pet’s space and comfort level, keeping their environment calm and familiar while making sure they’re always supervised and cared for. In my own home, I focus on creating a pet-safe environment before they even arrive. I remove any hazards like toxic foods, loose cords, or small items they could swallow. I ensure there’s a clean, comfortable space for them to relax, with access to fresh water at all times. I also take time to slowly introduce them to the space so they feel safe and not overwhelmed. No matter where I’m caring for pets, I stay attentive to their behavior and needs, making sure they feel secure, comfortable, and well cared for at all times.
