Sheila is excellent! I cannot recommend her enough. I’m always hesitant to leave my dog because of his separation anxiety but Sheila put me at ease as soon as we met. She tailored her days to make sure Opie was with her at all times and even took him to dog-friendly places around town. Opie had such a great time, he’s been trying to walk back to her house since we’ve been back!
Sheila was amazing! She bravely agreed to care for our 80lbs 7-month puppy for over two weeks. We were so hesitant to leave him for such a long period while he is so young but meeting Sheila put our concerns to rest. She is a very calm and confident animal person and provided a nice loving home to our Toby. She also went the extra mile and dropped him at ferry terminal to help us with our travel connections home after a long trip. I highly recommend Sheila.
I recommend Sheila highly. She is communicative, caring, warm and made Gaia so welcome in her home. She was exceptionally diligent with her meds and eating. The best dogsitter possible. She took daily walks and sent photos with updates. I felt so at ease knowing my sweet pup was in such good hands. She sent Gaia home to me with some healthy omega 3 treats and went the extra mile in providing Dogcare this week. Thank you Sheila!
Sheila took such excellent care of our senior Westie who requires extra attention because of his age. She kept us well informed all day long about how our boy was doing. She spoiled him with attention and lots of short walks. We are deeply grateful for her caring and professional service and look forward to having our dog visit Sheila again.

Schedule
I’m available with notice and can tailor my weekly and daily schedule to meet you and your fur families’ needs. I have my son one week on one week off. I am at home always exception of certain once a year holidays or running errands or participation in community events.

Fenced yard, harbour and beach trails close by. Ground level suite with no stairs. Pets are welcome on the furniture and are members and guests in the home.
A typical day
I play music, guitar, sing and cook, tidy. Your pet will have access to a yard, trails and other humans and potentially other pet pals (if it works with you and them). I’m social, responsible and we will have fun & also time to relax and rejuvenate after walks too!
