About: I have been pet sitting for my fur buddy Oscar since puppyhood and love it. I have also cared for friends and neighbors dogs for many years and am always interacting with dogs when given the chance. I am always learning and enjoy tips from all sources and am looking to enroll in dog first aid course when i can. I recently took early retirement and looking to expand my interest in dog and cat care .I enjoy the outdoors and photography ,so dog walking is perfect ! I frequently have care of a dog in my home and also occasionally care of a neighbors senior dog when at my parents home and have never had any issues with feeding/special requirements. I also frequently cat sit for a good friend and enjoy it thoroughly. These animals have all become good buddies with me and i find it very rewarding

About: Pets are the best companions! My partner Nathan and I love having animals around and unfortunately we find ourselves "empty nest-ers" currently. We'd love to look after your fur baby if it could help - walking, sitting, checking in on, feeding...... happy to support however we can. We love all animals (and not just furry ones but reptiles and feathered friends too) and were the carers/humans to 2 medium-large dogs, multiple cats, a rabbit, sugar gliders, a bearded dragon and fish over the years. We have an active lifestyle and enjoy getting out on big hikes and beach hangs and often take neighbours and friends pets with us to keep us company. We have experience with administering medications (such as Metacam, buprenorphine, etc.) to dogs, cats and rabbits and have had to support bunnies going through GI stasis. We are happy to care for pets that need extra love, care, and attention and would be happy to discuss specific needs your pet may require. I work from home so am around and available during the day. Nathan and I are early risers so love sunrise walks to start the day. I am able to spend mornings and late afternoons/evenings (before and after work) giving quality time to whoever is with us and am around for pee breaks and pets throughout the entire day. Depending on energy levels and my schedule, I can often go for short walks during lunch as well. We have a 3 bedroom home and a fully fenced large backyard with access to the beach just across the street. Although we have no pets currently, our tenants have a super friendly black lab that often plays in the backyard too (which could be used for playtime, if appropriate). One of our spare rooms was set up as a bunny room for our rabbit to use while we weren't home. It is a large space but we also enjoy free roam rabbits around the house (if litter trained). We wouldn't sit for more than one customer at a time to make sure that your pets feel comfortable and more at ease when in a new space to call home.

About: I have extensive experience with various animals including dogs, cats, rats, fish, chickens, and more! I've worked with reactive and fearful dogs, as well as senior pets with special needs. I can administer medication and have experience with various breeds of dogs. I grew up with Bouviers and in my teens owned a malamute, husky, and a mutt that I trained to skijor/bikejor. I currently own a cattle dog/border collie mix. I live on a farm with lots of trails nearby and a fenced in space that the dogs can use. I have a part time job at a local dog walking company and I live on property on a horse farm. My schedule has animals worked into it because I own 2 cats, a dog, and a horse. I'm a quiet person who is often home when I'm not doing something with my animals. I do my best to follow the up to date science on animal care. I also have my canine first aide

“Rejan, Aaron, and their dogs Jasper & Aya were absolutely wonderful with our anxious rescue dog! They made time for us to do a meet and greet before our booking so the dogs all had a chance to get to know each other and we could make sure everything was good to go for our pup to spend the day at their place. Our dog was not socialized appropriately in her first home, as a result of which her behaviour when meeting new dogs is awkward and very intense. Aya and Jasper handled her like champs, and within minutes they were all playing happily together. Rejan and Aaron were very responsive and easy to make arrangements with. They were gentle with our anxious girl and respectful of her needs. Their property is beautiful and so spacious for the dogs to run around in - our dog came back zonked from running and wrestling with Aya. Apparently they had lots of playtime and then napped together in the sun - a sure sign that our nervous pup was feeling happy and relaxed. We will certainly book with these folks again!”

About: I've had my own cats and dogs since I was eight years old. I love the company of animals. Also as the neighhood babysitter, I was employed to housesit, dog sit, cat sit, and plant sit from the age of twelve.
