I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, which has given me a natural comfort and confidence in caring for pets of all kinds. Growing up on a farm, I helped care for horses, chickens, cats, sheep, and of course dogs. That experience taught me patience, responsibility, and how to tune in to the unique needs of each animal. I’ve always had a dog by my side as a companion, so I understand just how important they are to the family. Whether it’s providing gentle care for seniors, lots of energy for playful pups, or simply creating a safe, loving environment while you’re away, I treat every dog like they’re my own. What sets me apart is the combination of lifelong animal care experience and a genuine love for giving dogs a happy, comfortable, and stress-free stay.

Bagel came home happy and seemed to have a great time. She seemed very relaxed, spending plenty of time outside enjoying the weather, and hanging out with her new bestie Max! Good communication by Maryann while we were away, and we were grateful for the photos as well. Would for sure book again 🙂
Maryanne was an absolutely wonderful Rover sitter for our mini Goldendoodle, Finn. From the moment we dropped him off, we knew he was in caring, capable hands. He was safe, loved, and treated like one of the family—even sleeping with them at night! Finn got along so well with their dog, Max, and it was clear he was happy, comfortable, and having a great time. We received updates that gave us complete peace of mind, and it was obvious how much care and attention Maryanne gave him. We wouldn’t hesitate to leave Finn with Maryanne again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, loving home away from home for their dog.
Maryanne is a very attentive dog-mother ! My 7 year old Lhasa Apso came home relaxed and obviously well cared for . I recommend Maryanne ❤️

Maryanne and her husband took very good care of my young energetic dog Twinkle, an Irish Water Spaniel. My dog was with them for more than 3 weeks and when she came back home she was relaxed and totally herself. Maryanne was extremely responsive to my communication which made the transaction easy and my vacation stress-free. The cherry on top of the cake: 2 days prior to leaving, Twinkle started her period. I was afraid they would not take her but they were up for the challenge. Its a lot of additional care and hassle so I told Maryanne I would compensate her for the extra work it would give her : she requested a reasonable amount for compensation. I received a couple of photos during our trip and they highlighted Twinkle second birthday party with extra treats and a birthday hat. Maryanne is for sure staying on my contact list of trusted dog sitter.

Schedule
As a business owner with a very flexible schedule, I’m able to give pet care the time and attention it deserves. My work allows me to be home often, so I can provide regular walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. I build my routine around the pets I’m caring for, making sure they get consistent exercise, affection, and a safe, relaxed environment.

When caring for pets in my home, safety and comfort always come first. We have a large, fully fenced backyard that’s perfect for playtime and exercise, giving dogs plenty of room to run around safely. Inside, pets have a cozy, pet-friendly environment where they can relax and feel at home. Trust is very important to me—I treat every dog like my own, following their routine as closely as possible to keep them happy and stress-free. Whether that’s sticking to feeding schedules, giving medication, or making sure they get the right amount of attention and activity, I pay close attention to their individual needs. If I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions carefully to ensure their pet feels comfortable in familiar surroundings. My goal is always to give pet parents peace of mind knowing their furry family member is safe, loved, and well cared for.
