Nancy was an incredible sitter for our dog. Very friendly, very communicative and sent lots of pictures 😊 Our pup seemed very happy with her!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience because Milly means the world to me. When I picked Milly up after being in Nancy's care for more than 10 hours, she immediately drank a large amount of water, started licking grass, and urinated three times within less than 30 minutes. This was unusual enough to make me concerned about whether her needs had been adequately met during the day. I was also disappointed by the drop-off experience. When I arrived in the morning, I rang the doorbell several times and knocked on the door, but no one answered. As a pet owner, it was unsettling to leave my dog in those circumstances. I understand that caring for dogs can be demanding, and I am not expecting perfection. However, I trust people with Milly because she is a beloved member of my family. Seeing her come home appearing so thirsty and unsettled was heartbreaking. Based on my experience, I do not feel confident using this service again.
Nancy was great and would definitely book again. She was able to accommodate a late request on my part, took time to meet with Max and I and was extremely thorough asking questions to get a real sense of who Max is, and his quirks, ahead of time to ensure he had a seamless stay. She sent multiple updates and photos during his stay, and had no issues administering Max’ multiple medications. Gave me real peace of mind to know Max was happy and healthy while I was travelling. Would definitely recommend her for anyone that needs to board their pup.
We had our dog stay with Nancy for a week and she had a lovely time! Nancy kept us updated with photos and fast replies when our plans changed last minute, will definitely book again!
She was great with Forest and we will be using her again. She kept us updated and sent us pictures which we appreciated. Thank you Nancy.
