For cats it will be flexible because our schedules make it at least one of us will be at home for most of the time of the day (18-24 hours) Our apartment building is located next to several parks and a quiet residential neighbourhood where we like to walk with pets. Our apartment courtyard also has a private and secure dog run where pets can play off leash.
