About: My parents had at one point up to 11 rescued cats. Thus, I have lots of experience with them. My husband and I both love pets and are eager to have our own. However, as wildlife biologists, we travel a lot. When we are home, we will treat your pets as our own! I work from home and have my own schedule. I can accommodate any needs your pet has. The weekends also work for me and my husband would be around as well. We live in an apartment that only allows cats, thus we can only host cats for the moment. We can do cat and dog sitting at your own place for sure!

“Sonya was absolutely amazing. We needed a house/dog sitter for our Papillon Louie at very short notice and Sonya jumped tight in. Louie is a very anxious rescue and typically doesn’t trust strangers to touch him, but he was cuddling with her the first evening. He bonded with her so quickly! I got lots of texts telling me how he’s doing and pictures of him happily padded out in her lap. Sonya left our place spotlessly clean and even washed the bed linens, which I wasn’t expecting her to do. She is fantastic and I am planning to use her services again soon.”

About: Hi there I am Maria. I grew up with dogs, cats, birds, chickens and fish. I have plenty of pet care experience, I've got a knack for puppy training and taking extra care of our beloved seniors. I'm all about getting to know each pet's needs, making sure they feel right at home. Whether it's teaching tricks to the youngsters or giving extra TLC to the old-timers, I'm here to make sure every furry friend feels loved and happy. I also have experience with (and looove) cats. Cleaning their litters and prepping any special food is something I am ok dealing with. I will send you pictures/videos while you are away so you feel closer to your pets. I live in Victoria and can move around easily. Send me a message if you like my profile. I work part time so I have plenty of time. Specially during the mornings and afternoon. Evenings I’m more busy but still is 4 hs shift. I would take them out twice a day minimum. Make them be busy. Feed them, clean them of necessary. Give them some quality time either playing with them or being close to them. I love to pet them too :)
