About: I’ve been looking after and interacting with animals of all types, furred & otherwise, since I was able to stand up say hi! Well versed in sitting, walking (or jogging), playing, and providing care in general for dogs, cats & rabbits (well maybe not walking the latter two as much) for both friends and family, I'm sure I can provide the care and attention you desire for your animals as well. My most current long-term care experience is with a rescue rabbit I share a home with. I've learned a lot about animal care, respect, and boundaries by carefully observing body language and learning his needs. I enjoy learning more about his quirks and teaching him new tricks. As a lifelong dog owner, I know how difficult it can be to leave your pup with someone else. That's why I care for every dog as if they were my own. My goal is for you to enjoy your time away knowing your dog is happy, comfortable, and receiving lots of love and attention. I currently share my home with my friendly 10-year-old Cockapoo, Luna, who loves having canine visitors. My partner, Trevor, and I have both cared for dogs through Rover as well as for friends and family over the years, so your pup will be in experienced, caring hands. I work from home full-time, so your pup will have company for most of the day and won't be left alone for long periods. Walks are part of our daily routine, and we love visiting Clover Point and Dallas Road for fresh air, exercise, and lots of sniffing opportunities. Between walks, your dog will enjoy potty breaks, playtime, naps, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I'm also comfortable administering medications and following your dog's regular routine, so they experience as little disruption as possible. Your dog's safety and happiness are always my top priorities. We live in a clean, pet-friendly apartment with an elevator, making it accessible for dogs of all ages. Our balcony has an additional safety barrier installed, and access can be supervised or restricted depending on your dog's needs. Luna is a calm, friendly Cockapoo who gets along wonderfully with other dogs, making her a great companion for visiting pups. I'm naturally very organized and pay close attention to the little details—from feeding schedules and medications to potty routines and favourite sleeping spots. I know every dog is different, and I'm happy to follow their routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable and secure. As a dog owner myself, I also know how reassuring it is to receive updates while you're away. I love getting photos of Luna when I'm travelling, so I'll send regular photos and messages to keep you updated on all of your pup's adventures. If Trevor or I ever need to step out briefly, we also have indoor cameras so we can check in remotely and ensure everyone is safe and comfortable.

My partner works at MEC and usually craves time outdoors when he's not at work and he's definitely been missing having a trail buddy! Dogs in our care can expect regular walks, fresh air, and plenty of love and attention. Safety and comfort are a top priority in our home. We provide a calm, clean, and well-supervised environment where dogs can relax and feel at ease. Our space is open concept, which allows us to keep a close eye on dogs at all times. Dogs are welcome on the couch for cuddles if they would like, we also have a dog bed and blankets if they would prefer. We have rugs throughout the home to help prevent slipping, especially for senior dogs or those with mobility issues. Our flooring is durable and easy to clean, so we’re not concerned about the occasional mess and can focus on keeping your dog comfortable instead. Outdoor time is always supervised, and walks are done securely on leash. With trail access just steps from our door, your pup will get regular exercise in a safe and peaceful neighbourhood. With two of us at home, there’s always a high level of supervision, attention, and care so you can feel confident knowing your dog is safe, relaxed, and well looked after.

“SHES ABSOLUTELY AWESOME Promoptly replied back to my dog walking cry for help. Was able to bust a wheel in her whip down to my crib. She kicked in my door stole my dog and she said to me " run run as fast as you can fat man, you won't catch me cuz I'm the ginger bread man. And then she grabbed my dog by the tail with her huge super hero hands jumped off my patio head first. Then in an hour after the door was repaired and back on the hinges she kicked my door back in. I had adopted her <5 weeks before Kate's walks and she is working through separation anxiety, recovering from a dog attack and learning new routines for walking, bathroom breaks and feeling safe. I work full time 5 days a week with 3 days off. I'm available mornings to evenings. I have a doggo of my own who does well with other companions. I have a large studio apartment with a balcony and can accommodate pet care easily into my and my dogs routine. We are active and very loving
About: Hi, I’m Mia! I’ve always been the go‑to dog person for friends and family, and now I’m excited to bring that same care to pups here in Victoria. I'm skilled in training, so puppies or dogs with behavioral issues are no problem. I love routine just as much as a dog, and genuinely love getting to know each dog’s unique personality. :) I work from home, allowing me to offer high availability, quick responses, and attentive care throughout the day. I can commute to you easily or offer my home for sitting. I live in a residential area perfect for walking, and there is a dog beach close by! I have had dogs stay with me, and I have also gone to them to stay in their environment. I have a car to come to you easily.

About: We have fostered close to 40 dogs mostly through the Victoria Humane Society. We also regularly dog sit for friends. Gemma, our 8 year old dog is used to having other dogs in the house as we have taken care of many dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and disabilities such as blind and deaf. We do two dog walks of about 30-45 minutes each day and longer ones on the weekends but this can be adjusted based on the needs of your dog. We also have a fully fenced yard. On most weekdays we leave the house around 8:30am and return around 4pm but we have some flexibility with our schedules and sometimes work from home. We have a fenced yard and our dog Gemma is very used to other dogs. She will engage if they want to play but keep her distance if they need space.
