I started using Rover as a way to help mourn the loss of my elderly dog who struggled with arthritis and pain management. I administered his oral and injected medications regularly. The transition of not having a dog in my home was difficult for me and having dog guests in my home and caring for pets brings me so much happiness. I know first hand how hard it is to find a trustworthy sitter so I wanted to put my services out there as I am knowledgeable and experienced.

Please ensure your pet’s profile is updated with: **Temperament including likes, dislikes and quirks **Meal routine and portion **Medication routine and dosage **Recall and other commands that are useful to know (if any) **Bathroom routine

With dogs, taking the time to get to know them and bond is important. There are a lot of beautiful parks in Victoria which helps for walk locations. The dogs I board quickly adapt to my home environment and enjoy going for walks in my neighborhood to explore all of the new smells. I believe that bird enrichment is super important and supervised time out of the enclosure is important. I’m great at handling birds and understanding their body language. Regular water and food changes is also very important. With rabbits and Guinea pigs their needs can be particular. I’m very patient and respectful with them and like to give them space unless they show me they want acknowledgment. Keeping their food routine is important so that they aren’t stressed out. With hermit crabs I know the importance of regular food changes and maintaining their fresh and salt water baths.

Amazing as always!
Sarah was so lovely to interact with throughout the sit! Her updates were so thorough and consistent. I came home to a very clean and happy household, it was a breath of fresh air! Such care given to my little beasts im very appreciative!!
Sarah is great! She’s caring, punctual, keeps us updated with lots of pics so we know how each walk went. And our pup adores her!
Sarah was great! She was communicative, sent pictures and even left us a card with our ‘ninja cat’ that the kids found hilarious. Would recommend to anyone with pets!
