She went above and beyond to find things he would eat when he was refusing the food we packed, and checked on him throughout the entire night one day because he was having stomach issues. “I cannot recommend Rong enough! She's been looking after my girls for the past 8 months for walking and boarding. This is the second time she boards the girls for 7 days, and everything that could go wrong with their health (they are special needs' dogs) went wrong. Rong dealt with the health issues calmly, professionally, and in a very caring way. Sherry and Wendy were excellent sitters for our dog Banjo. They were extremely responsive to our last minute booking and showered him with lots of love and attention. We received regular updates and pictures. They also made sure our nervous boy was comfortable with the other dogs they had in their care during his stay. Would book again in the future.
I went away for a work trip and my dogs, Alfy and Aspen, stayed with Lida for 25 days and 24 nights. She did an amazing job! She exercised both of my large dogs along with socializing them with other dogs. She kept me updated daily with videos and photos. I would highly recommend Lida for any kind of care regarding pets. Karen and Richa took amazing care of my Rottweiler puppy, Vera. She is quite a handful, very energetic, requires a lot of attention, and needs frequent walks, and they handled her with ease. I was extremely impressed with how attentive, patient, and caring they were with her. I got frequent updates about how she was doing and felt completely at ease while I was away. It was very clear to me that they genuinely love dogs and are very comfortable handling them, including a young, high-energy puppy. Vera was happy and well cared for when I got back, and I felt completely at ease knowing she was with them. Wilson and Jane were amazing with Pepper. They were able to accommodate him on short notice, and it was clear when we picked him up that he had been happy, comfortable, and very well cared for. Our little guy had the best time with Christine! Her updates were very detailed and lots of cute pics and videos too, which I really appreciated. Our dog is blind and very quirky but she found a groove with him and provided him with tons of love, beach walks and cuddles! Shu was great with Pluto and Astro and I felt really comfortable leaving them with her. She kept me updated throughout their stay and was very attentive to both of them and their different personalities. My dogs definitely have their quirks, and she handled everything really well and adjusted based on what worked best for each of them. They were both comfortable with her, which is always the biggest thing for me. She’s caring, reliable and easy to communicate with, and I would definitely book her again. I’m really glad I found her.
