“I cannot recommend Rong enough! She's been looking after my girls for the past 8 months for walking and boarding. This is the second time she boards the girls for 7 days, and everything that could go wrong with their health (they are special needs' dogs) went wrong. Rong dealt with the health issues calmly, professionally, and in a very caring way. Being thousands of miles away from my dogs when things went wrong was a terrifying experience, but knowing that Rong took the utmost care and handled everything so well, it gave me the peace of mind that I needed to continue my trip. I’ll start by saying this: my dog didn’t want to come home. That alone speaks volumes about Carolina and the care she provided for my pup. I received daily messages, photos, and videos of my little guy playing in the park, rolling around in the grass, and even making friends with another furry friend. My dog has some behavioral issues around people, but he showed very few signs of them around Carolina. Again, that just goes to show how caring, patient, and attentive she is. I left Carolina with a long list of care instructions, and she followed them so well that my dog barely showed any signs of stress while I was away—a true testament to the quality of care she provides. I would highly recommend Carolina to anyone, especially those who feel nervous about leaving their fur babies with someone else. I will most definitely be a returning client. Christine is the best, highly recommended! We reached out to Christine based on recommendations in the Beaches Facebook group. Our dogs stayed with her this past weekend for the first time - we got tons of very cute photos, adorable updates throughout the weekend (without any requests!). She even humoured some silly ad hoc add ons like when I asked her to take a photo with the dogs in soccer jerseys “watching” the first FIFA game in Toronto (where Canada got its first point). The photos she sent were hilarious and just so precious (she even took them around in the neighbourhood and got photos of them posing with the FIFA signage). When we arrived to pick up, the dogs continued to cuddle with Christine and were not at all desperate for our attnentoon and that continued when we got home - both just sought out their favourite sleep spots and got back to business. It was clear they had been loved and with every need attended to as if they were home (and quite possibly even better!). She even left us a surprise of a hand written card and a Polaroid photo. Honestly what a gem - thank you Christine!
Egzi and her partner were absolutely fantastic with our 3.5 year old golden retriever Marley, probably our favourite sitter from all the others we’ve left our fur baby with in the past. Marley seemed genuinely happy with them, and they seemed to enjoy his company just as much. Egzi sent us regular updates and pictures, and was very good at communicating any concerns or questions she had about Marley. We cannot recommend her more, will certainly be leaving Marley with them again.
Marlo had such a great time with Kunal! He responded so quickly to my somewhat last minute boarding request and asked detailed questions. He eased my worries about Marlo’s potential reactivity with other dogs. I could tell he was knowledgeable about dogs’ behaviour, and Marlo actually got lots of socialization. I got pictures and video updates throughout the day too. I felt at ease that Marlo was taken care of when I had to work overnight. Thank you so much!!
Natalia took amazing care of my dog Leo for the day. Leo absolutely loved her and looked so happy and comfortable the entire time. She provided detailed updates throughout the day along with lots of pictures, which gave me great peace of mind. I really appreciated how caring and attentive she was with him.
