My daughter and I traveled to Toronto from Massachusetts, and I had planned all along to hire someone when we went to the Blue Jays game. Jan and Wilson came to me for a meet and greet. My dog responded well to them right away. Because parking is such a hassle, being able to choose the option for them to both pick up and drop off my dog meant I didn’t have to move my car, and was well worth it to me. While at the game, I received a couple picture updates and texts. Was honestly anxious about the whole thing , but it couldn’t have gone better. They both seemed to genuinely enjoy and like my dog, which made me feel great. I would highly recommend them.”

We had such a wonderful experience with Clara and Chris! Lily is my first pet, so as you can imagine, I can be a bit of an anxious dog mom, especially since this was Lily’s very first time at daycare. Clara and Chris were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding with both Lily and me, which made the whole experience so much easier. Before her first daycare day, they were happy to arrange a meet & greet so Lily could meet them and become familiar with their home and environment beforehand. I really appreciated that and felt so much more comfortable knowing Lily had already been there before. At one point, I messaged asking if they could offer Lily her food whenever they had a chance, and just a few minutes later I received pictures of her happily eating! It was such a small thing, but it meant so much to me and really showed how attentive and caring they are. Lily came home happy and absolutely exhausted — she pretty much passed out shortly after getting home — so I think it’s safe to say she had a very fun and exciting day! I’m so grateful to Clara and Chris for making Lily’s first daycare experience such a positive one. I felt that she was in caring, attentive hands, and I would absolutely trust them with Lily again. Highly recommend!
Arina was so great with Ella. I was super grateful she accommodated our last minute booking and welcomed Ella into her home. She had toys, a bed, treats and a water bowl. She was all ready for her and that was really appreciated. Thank you Alina! Will definitely be rebooking with her again.
We’ve had such a great experience with Janis! She has provided both doggy daycare and boarding for our dog, Zeke, and we couldn’t be happier. Janis has excellent communication and always provides lots of updates, which gives us so much peace of mind while we’re away. Zeke has his quirks and definitely requires an experienced, confident handler, and Janis has exceeded our expectations every time. I’m very particular about who I trust to care for him, and I feel completely comfortable leaving him with Janis. We will absolutely be repeat customers and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who genuinely understands and cares for dogs!
