Clara happily agreed to help us out since we couldn't go out, and take Kovu to the vet. At the vet, the doctor recommended surgery which meant she had to wait 3-4 hours to pick him up and then drop him off to us. Even though it got really late (mid-night), she was so nice and caring throughout. She was so flexible with the change of plans. She kept updating us so that we won't worry. Kovu was able to get his surgery and the medical attention on time, thanks to Clara. No words are enough to thank her!”
