About: I have taken care of dogs for 2 years. I haven't owned my own but I did babysit my friends', neighbors', and family members' puppies or senior dogs. I have educated myself how to give care for the senior dogs and I am still improving myself in different topics; such as, how to give a bath and dog's psychology. I am working from home and I am teaching English; that's why, I can always have an eye on your pet and spend lots of time together. I have a fenced yard in my apartment and there might be my neighbors' dogs around so they can play together. About: We have lots of experience with babysitting our friends dogs (sometimes for 1 week+) and before we get our own we wanted to try out Rover! My husband had a dog growing up and I am very responsible so if you want a type A girlie watching your pup or cat - I’m the one! My schedule is very flexible and so is my husbands. We would work home most days with flexible work schedules and weekends free. Always willing to move schedules around to watch your fur baby! I have a fenced in yard, small but lots of parks nearby so we would mostly be taking your pup for walks! Very safe neighbourhood in Woodbine Gardens. House is already cat and dog proof. Our kitty will be at grandmas while we board your fur baby :)

About: I live with and care for two reactive (but mostly beautiful and intelligent) village dogs in Midtown Toronto. I have daily experience and a deep understanding of their needs for appropriate space from triggers, positive reinforcement exercises, and decompression activities. To successfully manage their needs, I've gained a strong knowledge of canine communication, arousal and stress levels, and appropriate environmental settings. I have first hand experience taking a puppy from street to house - fully potty and house trained, and able to calmly interact with people and dogs all with only positive reinforcement. If you're looking for someone who can take care of your reactive or high needs dog, or someone who will take your dogs needs seriously, I'm here for you! As a freelance musician who works evenings, I usually have time for your dog on most weekdays through the 9-5 workday, and during the day on most weekends. I can ensure that I'll care for your dog with the same standards that I care for mine: positive reinforcement only, no pulling on their leash, no off-leash walks unless in a safe and fully fenced environment, no on-leash interactions with other dogs (or people if preferred/needed), appropriate and responsible canine socialization (needs dependant), and my complete and undivided attention and care.
