Tatyana is amazing! This is our second time booking her, both times for a week+, and my scaredy cat Sid actually remembered her and didn’t spend 3 days hiding from her this time. I was watching the videos from her last check in after I got home from the airport and Sid perked up and started looking for her when he heard her voice! Our cat goes outside so we had some concerns that we may not come in before the drop in ended - she had not problems with this and it never happened. Jose did an excellent job! Jose helped out with Drop In visits with my geriatric Bichon while I was out of the country for a week. My pup was walked, fed and tended to plus little accidents cleaned up. In addition, Jose kept a log book going for me to refer to when I got home detailing my Pup's behaviour, eating habits and movements with each visit. My access to wifi and cell were limited so the log book really helped out when I returned home. I have a record of how my Pup was doing with each visit. Jose also kept in touch throughout the day with my BF that was in charge of my Pup. This was a real challenge for all of us including my Pup since everything was a new experience and everything worked out really well! I highly recommend Jose to look after your Fur Friend.
