You’ve got a friend in me :)
I have lots of experience with dogs and cats, young and old, with or without disabilities, shy to feisty. With that being said, I’ve administered medicine, taken care of special needs, etc. I fostered both dogs and cats for many years while in university (one of them a 180lbs Great Dane!) Once I left I have done a lot of pet sitting for friends and family, as well as people that had me recommended to them. I unfortunately don’t have a cat or dog of my own at the moment, but I have friends and family who do, so I frequently see and take care of them. I did also have two dwarf rabbits for a bit while growing up, so I have also pet sat for people with rabbits, birds and lizards.

Safety, trust & environment
I prefer to do sits at people’s homes because I find that it’s overall better for the pet. They feel safer, more comfortable and less nervous. And because I am in someone else’s home, I try to make it seem as if no one was ever there! I make sure I keep everything clean and tidy.

Aly is a super nurturing, caring and responsible person. She’s has had a lot of experience looking after pets over the years from rabbits to great danes. She’s taken care of a lot of dogs of various breeds and is a natural and confident pet sitter and animals love her! Moreover, she is reliable and has a helpful spirit, attentive to the needs of owners and their pets. You can rest assured that your dogs will be safe and happy.
Aly is such a natural with all animals and she has looked after my cat and dog both on multiple occasions. She is one of the only people they seem to feel at home with and I never have to worry because I know she cares for my pets as though they are her own. She has even helped cat sit some spicy foster cats of mine, giving eye drops with ease and sending me daily updates so I knew everyone was ok. 10/10 recommend having Aly care for your babies be they cats, dogs or even rabbits, they will hardly even notice you are gone!
Aly has both owned and fostered pets for years, which makes her well equipped to take care of any pet that she may work with in the future. Aly is a kind and fun-loving person that treats her pets as another family member, always giving them love, attention and time to play. When Aly fostered pets in the past, she was always careful of avoiding any food allergies, providing correct medications, and taking on any extra challenges that would make the pets' stay more comfortable and safe. Aly is a trust-worthy person, and when working with Aly your pet's safety and comfort will be assured by her.
Aly has a great attitude and temperament. Whether she is looking after dogs, cats or rabbits, her love of animals shines through. And they love her. I would recommend Aly without hesitation.

Schedule
My full time job is having a bit of a lull right now (which is very normal, I’m a scenic carpenter), so I’m off work for a little bit which makes my schedule very open at the moment! When I am back full time though, I’m available after 5pm Monday-Friday, and weekends I’m free.

- I’d love to know ahead of time what your pet’s personality is, what they like, what makes them tick, what makes them comfortable and uncomfortable. I’d love to know what allergies they have, the common commands used with them, their favourite toys, and any areas of the house or furniture they’re not allowed to be on or in. The more I know about them ahead of time the better.
